I have been here at this location on construction circle for few years. Chris the new manager by far is the best. During summer it gets extremely hot and makes me worried. I discussed that last week with Chris. Today I came I wanted to check and see how the temperature is on second floor. My god it was a different ball game and it is much cooler and well maintained. I have talked about this extremely hot temperature with previous managers and none of them did any thing about it!!
In fact they all agreed that it is extremely hot and that is why they are hesitant to go to upstairs. With that said no wonder some times you could see people’s junk around. Again because it was So Hot up there they were reluctant to go up there because it was suffocating. Except Chris the one and only who did a great thing regarding cooler temperature this time of the year. A Big shout out to Chris the manger. Thank you Chris!!!!

Taylor is the man !!!!! This Center should be Taylors because some other boso left before me and my wife got there. The other person just left early but thank God Taylor was there to save us . I know the Contruction office is not his office but it needs to be because a lot of good people come here and he would be a great fit for this location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was quoted a specific rate when I originally reserved my storage and for some reason when I went to go pay, the price went up they told me because I did not pay for it at the time that I was subject to the current offers, but Yvette was able to help me and give me the original promotion that I was quoted. I really don’t like to leave reviews unless I feel I have something noteworthy to say. In this case, I feel this review is very much worth my taking the time to write. Hope it helps somebody.
Nobody gets a storage unit because they really want to. We get units because they’re a necessary evil. We know we’re paying more than we should to house the things we can’t let go of, but can’t currently handle. In short, it’s not fun & we don’t expect it to be pleasant. In my case, I’m not even paying to store my own belongings. In my case, it’s a gift to someone else & I’m giving it out of love. I haven’t expected this process to be great and I’ve never been impressed with Public Storage, on the whole.
So you can imagine my surprise at running into Yvette.
Yvette is the only person in this company that I’ve worked closely with and the only one I want to work with. She’s been there every step of the way for me and has always been professional, comprehensive and responsive with me—even when nobody at the corporate call center could help me. She has single-handedly kept my business for this company at times when I was frustrated and ready to send a truck, vacate the unit & walk away.
It’’s one thing to think of your clientele as real people when you’re dealing with them on a regular, face-to-face basis. It’s a different skill altogether to do this when your customers are merely faceless voices on a phone—and it shows she cares. I’m writing this because it dawned on me that if I could do anything in return for Yvette’s hard work & kindnesses, I would.
Keep it up, my friend. The world is made better because of people like you.

Yvette was amazingly helpful during my check-in experience. I had a lot of issues with my reservation and she corrected them all.
The location was very good, close to the junction, which took up some time as we had a very large amount of stuff.
But the staff who was Yvette was very nice and helped us to clean up the rubbish, as well as also helped us to change the storage closer to the lift for free, very satisfied!

We needed a small storage area to make space in our garage. Spoke with Steve on the phone and then Yvette, who helped me today. She was very clear on what the costs were, and showed me a few choices. They raised the rent $60+/mo. in less than a year. They Do Not prorate your move out month. The climate control is very weak, I believe the a/c turns off early evening, as it was hot. Supplies are mediocre at best.

This place has zero security. There are no cameras inside. They also do not have a gate. I was robbed and I would bet it was an employee as they put a public storage sold lock back on the unit. The doors are always propped open and anyone can come and go. This happened in very early October and the police said it was their 3rd or 4th call to this unit. District manager was rude and condescending. DO NOT STORE HERE. I made an assumption about the security here and it cost me big. What billion dollar company doesn’t have cameras indoors? Why not have an alarm on the door so it can’t be propped open. There’s no excuse.
So incredibly bad. Charged my card and then had no idea who I was
Had a 10x10 unit here for over 18 months. Security only improved in the last year after various thefts. Also, when you rent a unit, you have to buy one of their specialized locks - those round ones that you cannot use elsewhere. And upon vacating - they don't buy it back! Now I am stuck with 2 of these useless locks. Also after a year, my total bill went up to $311 from $248. So be prepared for a huge increase. Lastly, they don't pro-rate when you move out. It would've been courteous if the agent informed me of the rent not being prorated when I called up to give my move out notice - I would have organized to move out prior to being charged another whole month. So now I'm charged $311 when I only used the unit for 9 days out of the month. Yet, they are ready to charge you 'late vacate fees'. I'll be looking at another storage company in my new neighborhood.
They have best customer service. Jake was very helpfull to me. He is very professional person. I recommend you to rent storage from here. I would give him 10 stars if it would be possible.

I highly recommend this Public Storage located in Irvine on construction circle! This is a very new facility with great customer service. Margaret and Raphael were friendly and very helpful.Heres why I recommend..
1) brand new rolling (gliding) carts.
2) you can drive up without having type in your code.
3) convenient restrooms located upon entrance.
4) The office directly in the center of both entrances.
5) Nifty door timer that allows door to stay open for
ease of exit and entrance inside the warehouse!!
I'll return to this Public Storage 4 sure. it's hands

Margaret, the location manager, is very kind and helpful. She is over-the-top resourceful and intuitive. Margaret always greets me by name when she sees me. I have always felt she is conscientious and friendly. I had two really rough days moving in the middle of last summer. Margaret helped me get through that move and offered water to help keep me hydrated. She is funny, caring, and smart. It’s great to go to a storage place and leave with your spirits lifted up. Our storage is in Irvine off of jamboree. Margaret was so helpful from the first day we’ve met her.She has such a warm and welcoming nature about her and at the same time maintaining high professionalism. Weather if it was purchasing items of public storage or even trying to find out what storage size would be best for our family she was very patient & very thorough. Moving is already a high stressor so having someone who guide you step-by-step makes the process so much smoother. She is an excellent asset to the public storage company
Honestly the only storage I go to, even if it’s out of the way. Margaret takes care of that store and is the reason I will never go elsewhere (unless they move her) 😂 but in all seriousness she takes care of that store. It’s always clean and never have had any issues except when I lost my key to my unit. In two seconds she had ten or more locksmith numbers available. You definitely don’t have to worry about intruders here while she’s here

Our experience at the public storage was amazing. Margaret was nothing short of amazing herself. She was very helpful and a pleasure to talk with. She made the whole process from originally getting the unit to finally closing out our tenure there there. I highly recommend this specific Public Storage if the need should arise.
Got the best customer service from Margaret, she was very attentive and kind when it came to helping me find a storage unit. Every time I come In she always greets me and knows me by name, could not have asked for better customer service experience.
We had a very stressful move and we managed to mess-up our reservation. Margaret handled our dilemma with pose and empathy. She was able to secure a space for us on the same day. I was distraught as our situation wasn't ideal. However, the level of customer service and support Margaret gave to us that day, my daughter and I will be forever grateful.
