I was looking for a spot for my dad’s motorhome to store it. I had called public storage and spoke to 4 different people and was told my motorhome was too tall.
Not 10 minutes goes by when I get a call from Eric, this gentleman gave me all the information I needed and assured me that he did have a spot for me and my motor home would fit perfect. Eric was so knowledgeable about the property, told me everything I needed to do and made my day. I was running late to take the motor home to the storage and got to the office about 6:10 when the very kind lady Angie was locking the door.
She smiled at me and unlocked the door let me in the office and did all my paperwork with no complaints and super friendly to deal with.
Thank you Eric and Angie for the very kind experience I had with your company, and might I say it’s a absolute pleasure to see that there are people that care.

The amount of threatening and flat out lies they text/ send to try to get you to pay the bill when you’re late is comical🤡 Day 15 you’ll get a threatening text message saying that if you don’t pay it today, Late fees will be assessed. Pay your bill now in bold print 🤣 . Then, when you don’t pay the next day, you get a text message that says access has been removed from your storage space.😂😂🤡well access was removed the first day of the month so another lie. If they assess late fees … I’m not paying it till the last day of the month they should realize that from looking at my history.

Avoid this guy at all cost!!! Total train wreck! He really needs remedial training a.s.a.p…
From the very beginning… saying things, then later to find out he didn’t know what he was talking about… tried to reach out for assistance, no one available to answer his questions so he would make up policy, then later put me in a very costly situation - TWICE! Very forgetful… also caused major delay when I had my things delivered on move in day and he forgot to remove the lock, after telling him and repeated several times the intended move in date.
Trying to charge me to have a 5x5’ U-Pack container dropped for unloading over night while I unloaded and put things into the storage… only later to find out I didn’t have to rent a parking space for unloading. He really should have asked someone before putting me through all of that back and forth, around and around!
I think he should have spent more time reading the company policy and rules!
He’s telling me one thing for exiting the unit and Rose told me something else…base on my experience with Erik, I had no confidence that he really knew what was policy or not!
This guy was so dumb, I’m surprised he was about to fill out the employment application!
Not sure why he parks his POS car on the side of the building, making it nearly impossible to drive by the one side of the building to exit. He really should park out side the gate, not parked in the narrow alleyways of the storage complex!
During my exit of the unit, I had a bag of trash that I wanted to through in the dumpster, he yell at me and said… it’s against company policy! He’d have to charge me for one bag of trash! SMH, total train wreck this guy!
He was making it up as he went along… then again, perhaps he was so rude during my exit because I didn’t fill out the review when I moved in to the Public Storage.
Harassing me, every time he’d see me at the storage unit, begging me to post a review! Got to a point, I tried to avoid the guy when I stopped but to pickup items… in and out real quick to avoid him bugging me about an online review.
To be honest, I didn’t fill out the review when I moved in because, I didn’t feel he deserved the glowing “10” that he thought I should have given him…. Erik is very delusional about his competency!
The reason I didn’t fill out the review back then was, I didn’t feel he was all that good at his job and being honest on my review would have yielded a negative result toward Erik. I wanted to spare him the ugly truth about my move in and personal experience dealing with him.

After his behavior on 10/30/23, during my exiting the unit, I felt I needed to voice my entire experience so that others will know… Just in case you’re considering this location; don’t do it! This guy will stress you out with his incompetence!

I have been a customer at this location for almost a year, and the customer service has always been great, however Grace went above and beyond with helping me get into a new unit! She is very nice and professional and it’s clear she cares about her customers! I would highly recommend coming to this location and if you’re able to, make sure to ask for Grace.

The call center messed up my reservation and gave me the wrong storage space for my enclosed trailer. I specifically told them the size and type of trailer I had. I drive 1:30 round trip to pick up my storage unit which I won on storage treasures. This is after getting a call stating that it was ready to be picked up. I already made payment online for the fee. I get to the facility and the gentleman in the front office says “sorry it’s no longer available”. The tenant which hadn’t paid for months which is why the unit was up for auction was in the office paying. This is bad business. I have been purchasing units for 10 years now. I have encountered this situation, in those times prior I was awarded the unit as I won it. Will never purchase from here again. I have not received a refund for my fees.

Renter Beware, Something fishy is going on. I'm changing my review to 2 , they keep raising their rates like crazy. It'll be a "0" soon, we're going to change to another facility. In under 18 months storage rent has gone up near $120 More a month. In less than 2 years!!! And they plan on raising it again soon. (Read the fine print at the very bottom of your bill this month, sit down first, it'll be easier to take the shock) Unbelievable scalping tactics going on here. they are taking advantage of everyone. And my unit is pretty small. When I leave (I'm stuck til the end of the month) I'm reporting their scalping practices to the better business bureau and the town council and possibly the town attorney. I've seen this happen before when they raise the rates so high you can't pay and they have an auction, make bank, and you lose everything. This looks just like that. Renter Beware!!

The Manager was very nice & friendly to me and my bf & made sure we knew he was there on site if we ever needed help or had any questions. Also got what we needed done fast in the front office.
By the way If you wondering about the online contactless purchase was super easy! Especially, with the app, entering the facility was as easy as pressing a button and holding my phone up to the gate to unlock it. And my storage had a new lock there already and waiting for us(:

Grace was very helpful. In fact, I was trying to rent from a different location, and Grace picked up my call since they weren't answering. She even offered to help me in person at her office, even with that other location. I ended up requesting to rent from her location!
Grace was so helpful and such a sweet person! The unit was clean and she even sprayed the door runners so they wouldn’t squeak so loudly. I am 82 years old and I’ve absolutely never had service like that in my entire life!! She even volunteered to help if I needed it lifting extra heavy boxes. Thankfully, I didn’t need it but what a kind offer! I will definitely recommend PUBLIC STORAGE to all my friends and neighbors mainly because of her.
Grace was literally heaven sent. I have no words to describe how happy I am that I found her and she was able to assist me. I was struggling to find a storage to assist me and frankly, went through a nightmare dealing with Prime storage that I couldn’t be any more grateful for her. She was so sweet and genuine. Hearing her say “Honey, I will take care of you” over the phone literally made me feel at peace.
