Came in to see about opening an account with what I thought was Central Storage HOWEVER was informed it's now Public Storage... 😳 Angela was the dear to help me out today and boy was she the sweetest gal💕 and so knowledgeable 🙏🏼 I currently have PS down the way on 43rd across from Home Depot however recently PS has increased our storage unit rent only after 3m of renting... It's a bit much especially since the office folks are just not pleasant.. Angela was able to answer some questions for me and also advised she would be at the current PS I'm thrilled about that!😁 What a small 🌎.... Needless to say I was able to contact the 800 number of PS and work with them on the rate increase and decided to stay for now... After much research most self storage seem to be the exact same unfortunately and everyone with their rate increases...😏 Angela, thx you so much and it was an absolute pleasure speaking with you! I really appreciate all the info you provided and look forward to seeing you at my current PS location❤️ It will be a nice change to see a smiling and positive vibrant soul with all that glowing energy ☺️ Angela your an asset, wherever you are🤗 You deserve to be recognized and I hope PS is treating you right! Your positive energy brings in the customers in person and or over the phone☺️ Ppl like you that put 💯 forth daily are challenging to come by, I just hope PS sees that and takes care of you ❤️ as you deserve 😀🤗

What a crock. PS is a joke and will rape you with rate increases ect just watch and see. Their new large amount of reviews are being made by people who work for the company lol just goes to show how dishonest they are!
