This is the first time that a location does not give me a code for access, im an auctioneer, and I have to depend on the time of the guy attending in the office, which wasn't there BTW, he says he closes at 5 30 so less time to clean out the storage, at the end of the day the storage was clean on time, but it could be faster, but again I was depending on the office guy to open the door for me. Improve your service please and thanks.

My experience with John today was amazing! He was extremely helpful, very detailed when it came to the storages policy and agreements. He showed me how to use the app, walked me through the settings and how to access and pay for my storage when the due date was coming up. I appreciate how thorough and patient he was. I arrived 5 minutes begore closing, i was having issues renting a space online. John managed to stay in late for me and helped me throuout the whole process so i could store my trailer.

To be honest even though it's only six blocks away from where I live their prices are a little higher then I would like I can rent a storage from a different location in the city about three miles away and their price is $35 cheaper so it's all up to Choice when it comes to storage everybody knows is aware of.

Lots of space , needing to be filled
I do not recommend that you rent a space in this company because every 6 months they raise you about 50 or $60 every 6 months it is incredible how they are charging for a space what is due for oil for gasoline they are mobile I was paying $160 and when I went to make the next payment and it turned out to be $225.
They were closed well before posted hours of business. Wouldn't rent a unit if my life depended on it. Need to practice customer service. Just a paycheck to the office personal.
