Currently under new Management spoke to Rachel regarding my storage space because of the inconvenience with previous Management I was getting ready to vacate but she gave me options that made me want to stay very helpful and polite.

Manager THE WORST ! I was exiting at lastin to approach gate w 2 min before closing hour. Gate would not accept code after several attempts, now 3 min after close, I knocked on onsite mgr door, called repeatedly, trapped in gate! After 15 min she pops out, w condensing tone, scolding me from opposite side as to how I need to better manage my time!! NewMgr as of Sept 2024 is from HELL. Stated" Hate this damn place, and NOT giving any extra min to spare on anyone's mismanaged time! ' , further stated ' would appreciate that her 'Wine time, down time' not get interupted, 7:00 is firm cut off time! ( As I'm still trapped in gate) I called 911 - the gate opened!

The new property manager with public Storage this used to be Central Self Storage, on Christmas Eve which is tonight with no warning put a lock on my unit while I was out getting a tool to fix a gift for a family member for Christmas, and when I got back she ignored me through the window would not come to the door from her desk to talk to me like a human. She then said that she had been off work for about 10 minutes and that she wasn't going to help me, meanwhile my truck and dogs are inside the facility and I'm locked out now she disabled my lock code for the gate, again for no reason no warning. Since day one she has been condescending to me rude and ignored me on several occasions and in passing. Now this. I'm locked out of my storage facility there's a lock on my unit that I can't open and the Christmas gifts I need for the morning are inside. She ignored me and got in her vehicle, and left with me standing there. This is how they treat their customers they do not care they're sour sad angry people she was probably jonesing to go get to her boxed wine at home to be alone on Christmas Eve herself. I will be getting legal assistance with this matter. Do not give these people your money and do not let them steal your stuff by storing it with them because they'll do anything to just lock you out and take your stuff.

Debbie had a line out the door but was incredibly gracious in explaining their transition and answering questions. Nice to see someone actually in office!

Absolute trash of a facility. "Management" is something of a joke... said first month free.. then 5 days later we were locked out for payment past due.. it said first month free not the remainder of November free. Called... Zero help.. I will definitely never recommend this storage facility. Holding people belongings hostage due to their poorly worded terms is not good for business. I'm now going to make it a goal of mine to "accomodate" them as they've done for us. 💯💯👌👌🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🫡

My one star rating is based on my overall experience and thoughts on this storage facility. It's located in the ghetto and is pretty ghetto itself. Major rat problem. You can sometimes see and lots of times hear them. They damage your belongings and big-time. Dirt and leaves get under the pull up door and get into my storage and onto my things. All of my stuff in the front is dirty and dusty because of this. I regret not going with my gut and putting my things in this storage. They up the price here and there also. So the cheap prices definitely do not stay that way and you get less than what you pay for even in the beginning. But on a positive note they have a new manager that's been there maybe close to a year now and she rocks. She is nice and seems to care about the property and her job. She is approachable and helpful. She seems to really care about what you have to say and wants to know your concerns and offers assistance and explanations. Her hard work in improving this place definitely doesn't go unototiced and she has improved the whole place and experience. Still there's only so much a person can do.

Disgusting place I’ve had my items in here paying for over a year just to be paying for nothing. All my items are destroyed because of this rodent living in the unit. There was also water damage to my furniture. Their ins screwed me $4k worth of damage and I get just enough back to replace one item. I spent over $4600 on paying for this place and over 4k worth of damage.. I’m in the hole I have to replace everything I worked for in the last ten years. Do not rent here. Zero stars. Everything needs to be trashed. Ins did not give me any other options. I have way more pictures but how embarrassing is this. This thing even went through bags and totes.
