So I got my storage online and didn't realize it was indoor and needed to change that asap and the people in the office did that for me no problem and still let me get an online rate still

I only had the unit 4 days had to do a move out as I ended up losing my job and home of 10+ years spoke to the staff they said the same thing I thought of only being charged for 4 days ($16)usage yet I got charged for the whole doggone month I was told they’d escalated it see if they could waive the $84 charge for the days I didn’t use the unit . The actual charge we both estimated to be $16 dollars but the staff lady said she’d speak to the manager and call me back I never received a call back . Mind you this was back on 8/4/2024 then today I get a call from a allied collection agency for the $84 balance and mind you this i lost my home of 10+ yrs and my job due to the automobile accident from someone running my car over here in Arizona . So I had to get a private p o box somehow they found my private P o box and gon say they got it from the storage unit place when that was a lie . This is all ridiculous I ain’t even got income , home , vehicle and they had no compassion . Yet I recommended this company to my friend never again . Also I don’t mind paying $16 for the 4 days but not giving $84 for days I didn’t use this storage unit this is an unfair practice .

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Janet. I must say that I got the best customer service ever. Janet was so friendly, very knowledgeable, and willing to assist. Besides, she makes sure the property is clean, which is great!!! Since the very first moment I stepped in, Janet made sure I had the best service. I requested to get a bigger unit, and she made the process so easy. Also, she took care of me by giving me a water bottle cause I was moving stuff into my unit, and I was literally dehidrating. Janet made me feel that me, and my stuff is in great hands! Thank you so much for the great experience, Janet 😀

I’m never buying a public storage here they are very lazy every time I have gone no one is in the office that guy that works there is an idiot and should be fired

Renting here was the WORST DECISION!!!! I only had the unit for one month but they charged me for two. I called the office to let them know I had vacated but they literally NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. so I left a message. After charging me for a second month I went down there in person (because they DIDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE) To tell them I was charged for the month of April although I vacated the last day of March. The girl in the office assured me I'd get a refund. What she DIDN'T tell me is that it takes "up to" EIGHT WEEKS to get back the money it took them SECONDS to take from me!!!! I have called ps customer service at least ten times about my money and they just kept saying "it takes up to eight weeks" after week ten rolled around I called AGAIN and the guy said he'd escalate the issue to management. I AM NOW IN WEEK ELEVEN OF WAITING FOR THAT NON EXISTENT CHECK IN THE MAIL!!! I just called AGAIN and the cs person said the back office hasn't given a response yet about MY stolen money! I immediately called the bbb but they're in a different time zone and had closed minutes before I called but I WILL be calling tomorrow. I will ALSO be warning everyone who will listen NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH PUBLIC STORAGE!!! YOU'RE A BUNCH OF CROOKS WITH NO SHAME!!!!

updated review for 2023: the locations is probably still less expensive than other places but NOT the staff AND GOOD customer support as before. No ONE return calls. I had two incidents where I had to take time off from work to drive there just because no one returned my calls or emails. Last time was for my move out . They do not allow customers to use the trash bin that is on the premises at all. I can understand or dumping furniture and large items but not even to put a cardboard box or the dirt from the floors that was swept. Again, many things have gone down with the place I am not blaming the staff, he looked tired himself; this is brought out by corporate and it lacks a lot. Previous review 2 years ago: Pia is amazing at Glendale Bargain Storage. That is the key difference between the competitor and this loc. I've been a customer for almost ten years with on time payments over 99% of the time. Rent has kept up with market value, but recently I received a notice that showed an upcoming, ongoing billing issue that would severely affect my family. I was able to visit the office and speak with Kristen. She straightened out the billing issues on the spot, which has saved a massive inconvenience to my family. Kristen was able to keep my business with Public Storage. Thank you, Kristen, for building trust and showing value to long term customers!

I have such a great experience every time I visit my unit at public storage. Almost every time I go I run into the manager I assume due to she always seems to be working day and night even the weekends. (She needs a day off) Kristin iis always smiling offering it bringing me water . She never looks mad or annoyed and always has an answer for my questions. Hope this doesn't get her in trouble but even after hours while I was waiting for my ride she offered her restroom when I was in died need . Very lovely person and I appreciate that . I am kinda a pain in the butt. Anyway great expired. Thank you

I’m moving from another state and had to find a storage unit near this facility. I stopped into this office and met an extremely nice Lady named Debbie. She took her time to explain prices & show me different sizes of the storage unit. I ended up not getting the unit, because my job transferred me to Florida & not AZ. I would’ve definitely rented a unit from this facility with Debbie.

They never pick up the phone they are always away from office very unprofessional they call me for no reason my bill is paid and yet they still call and lie stating that they don't when clearly it shows a call from them on my phone and then the assole of a manager hangs up on me cause he keeps childishly fighting back with me saying he didn't call. You do not appreciate your customers or their business greedy and selfish is what u prove
