Will and Jim are amazing!
I had rented previously from this location and had a great experience but yesterday I went to rent a storage unit. I did it online. Couldn't figure out how to get in it. The gentleman in the office. There were two of them. They were both beyond helpful and kind when I got to the unit, I couldn't get the door openso I called to the office and they sent somebody down. Who ended up helping me do more than that when I was by myself so I just think as far as customer service goes. This location goes above and beyond, and I appreciate them.
Couldnt be happier with the professionalism here. Every concern was addressed and every question answered. Tony was especially accommodating. Higly recomend!!
I paid for a month when i signed, 10 days later i show up to retrieve some items and there is another lock on my unit. They claim even though i paid upfront, that I'm still late, and the first amount i paid for the month ($124) was not enough and they wanted more, along with a late fee, which eventually was removed
