Just got back from getting a 10x10. The pricing is very fair and the lady at the counter, Angie was very nice throughout the process. She's the kind of person who makes everyone feel welcome, I will definitely be back. I have to anyway....ya know..cuz of my stuff and all ;)

DON'T LEAVE YOUR PROPERTY HERE!!! I rented a space for a year, when I moved my things out I realized that the back half of the unit had water damage and everything was a total loss. Mold, water etc.
I lost all of my furniture due to this damage at least $1500 worth, the saddest part is that I paid for insurance submitted a claim with full proof of my items damaged, they are refusing to fill compensate me because I couldn't get back into unit to take pictures apparently my photos of damaged items aren't good enough. They are totally unprofessional, ignore calls, emails and low ball you completely.
$250 is the offer for all of this unacceptable, it's a smack in the face for what I paid for rent for a year absolutely not. You think your items will be safe and pay for insurance for this to happen???
I repeat DO NOT RENT FROM THE PUBLIC STORAGE/ ORANGE DOOR STORAGE!!!

Earlier this year I was relocating to the area and needed a parking space and two large storage units to transition and was pleased with the service i received at this facility to assist me with sizes available and location. Onsite assistance from Tina was fantastic, she not only assisted me with my facility needs but also made me very comfortable storing my personal items here and she seemingly was always monitoring the site. I receive a Vmail reminder when my payment is past, and a text when the facility had gate issues to give a heads up. I'll come back to this facility and recommend any friend's that need a safe and reliable location to store their belongings moving forward. Tony

I had a great experience at this public storage location. It was very clean. After leaving my belongings in the unit for almost a year there were no spiderwebs no cockroach bodies nothing. Tina, one of the managers even reached out to me to vacate when I had cleaned out my unit, even though I forgot to call her and let them know I wanted to vacate. It was really nice of them to do that instead of charging me for another month. If I ever need to store my belongings again, I will definitely be using this public storage.

Been here about a year now and wanted to let everybody know how secure this place has been. I am close to the gate and have witnessed time and time again vehicles trying to gain access by waiting for gate to open for customers being questioned by Tina and sent away. The other storage places I have been dealing with have had high traffic by non customers and we have had to deal with break-ins periodically. NOT HERE. Thank You for making security a priority in your properties.

Manager went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable, using their facilities.
Do Not use this place. We spoke to the manager sometime mid January, they offered us a 30 day trial for only 29.99. We then left before the full month lapsed however because it was February 2nd we were charged not only the 30 we initially agreed but an extra 108 dollars. We contacted the same manager who assured us we will be returning 107 dollars. Fast forward we received a phone call days later saying because we disputed the charge, we will actually be charged the full amount. Upon calling customer service we were yelled at and hung up on.
Tina was wonderful! Came in with a load, too small unit. Tina fixed immediately.

Eric has been very helpful and supportive, he was able to get me the right space and honor the previous price. The call center messed up my reservation and gave me the wrong storage space for my enclosed trailer. I specifically told them the size and type of trailer I had. And they confirmed everything, when I arrived everything was simple until finding the space I was assigned. It was a 5x10 locker room that would not fit my trailer or an any trailer in fact. Thanks again to Eric for being polite, friendly and knowledgeable!

This Facility has gotten better and quickly. ! I know because I was about to rent from their competition because it was STANK ! (Broke door trash in isles break-ins ect) here, Then a employee ("Tina") introduced herself and ensured me things are gonna get better so dont leave, well now I get constant "check up on you"visits from her&dude w/ the beard when im on property my concerns are ADDRESSED & FIXED. PS these employees are saving your assets at this property!!.lol

We were facing auction within two days and had to make payment in person rather than online to ensure it was received in time. Cody was very helpful in assisting with getting my payment posted right away on that preceding Saturday, which kept it from going to auction on Monday and us from losing everything. He also gave me a few suggestions for making our storage space work better for us by downsizing to a smaller unit and when to do that to save on cost. Cody and Laura (at the El Mirage store) were the best, both very accommodating and professional, so friendly and personable, all the way around just good people. Thanks for your help guys in making a stressful time work out okay. You're an asset to the company, keep up the great work!
