I stopped by about 12:45pm the other day. Door was locked, but Lynn came and opened it. She helped me even though she was about to take her lunch. She was so nice and understanding. She let me see what I needed for storage size and also was patient as I completed the rental on my phone. We will start moving in soon. Looking forward to this based on the customer service I recieved!

Lynn took the time to understand our needs and helped us find the perfect unit size that suited our needs. Her friendly and professional demeanor made the entire experience stress-free.
The following day, we experienced some account issues with the app, but Kathy was available on-site and promptly resolved everything. Her efficiency and outstanding customer service were greatly appreciated.

Len was very helpful and assertive, the price point she doesn't control, but I feel like it was different from what I was expecting to pay, which is a blame on the company, not Len.
The facility and staff are wonderful. I have rented from three different storage facilities before. Never used Public Storage. My issue is their entry codes and procedures. Their codes are 9 numbers and special codes. This is the longest I have ever experienced. The app they ask you to use takes longer to use than entering the code yourself. To get into the building you have to enter a code and to use the elevator you have to enter the code again. Each time you go out of the building you much enter the code again to get back in, and again to get into the elevator. I had to enter the code 12 times when I was moving three boxes. This facility is On Higley Rd in AZ. Once I am able to I will be leaving this facility. I cannot recommend this facility.

Again, when I went to my unit this past week, Lynn was very accommodating and answered all of my questions regarding my unit.
I recently had to get a unit again, and once again Lynn was as pleasant and helpful as always. Every time I have any interactions with Lynn it is always a pleasure and she always takes care of my questions and concerns. The property at 1161 S Higley is very well maintained, clean and easily accessible from either Ray, Higley or the 202. Thanks you again to Lynn for her amazing customer service and for maintaining the properties upkeep.

They don’t have good security services. People stole my in laws property. Inside is this storage place. Doesn’t use them they don’t have any security system to protect your property. Not a good place to thrust your property.
I have been rented unit over 3 years. Always Carla is helpful and kind. But the company don't have loyalty. Every time the raised the price. This month I paid 383.00. That is to much so I moved out today. However I appreciate Carla for great customer service.

This storage unit was very clean and secure. Sandy showed me to a unit before I rented a unit and was very polite and was very helpful. I got a great deal online and am very pleased with this place. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a unit to rent! Plus gotta love how 90% of the units are indoors. With carts you can borrow to help you move your stuff. The office manager Lynn has been extremely kind and helpful. The facility is clean and climate controlled. I've compared prices to many other companies and public storage locations - this one was the best for price in comparison to size and proximity for what I need. Very happy overall.
The storage facility is new and clean. Lynn at the desk is very helpful and has great customer service. With that said , we now have 2 units there.
Working with Jessica the manager has been an absolute pleasure. She is very thorough. She checks all the boxes made sure that we’re happy and had all of our questions answered. I like the location & being able to get in with a code, but I hate that my rate has gone up twice (almost double now) since I started using Public storage 6 months ago. No notification that the rate was going to raise. And you have to use a special made lock that they don't tell you about ahead pf time so if you're pressed for time you have to buy it from them for $20. Also, I had issues signing up online to reserve my storage and still have issues with their website.

Switched from Extra Space after they bought out the Life Storage I was at and tried to up my rent by $100/month! I am very happy with the price I'm now paying at Public Storage. The move in process was super simple and Lynn was absolutely amazing and so sweet throughout the process.

The units are clean, very well priced and the location is easy to access from the freeway. Lynn is an incredibly friendly and helpful person. Moving is stressful, and finding a place to store your extra stuff is sometimes even more stressful. Lynn is upbeat, cheerful and genuinely a nice person. Of all the different storage places I looked at, this Public Storage location is by far the best and Lynn had a huge part in making that the case.

Horrible service if you are trying to reach a person via the phone. Everything was smooth online, till you need someone to talk about losing your key. Nobody answers their direct line, left a message, I decided to call back in an hour, someone answered named Travis then hang up as soon as I asked what steps I need to do if my keys are missing. Tried to call back in minutes and another voice-mail.

I had several issue with my move in experience and over the phone was sold a certain sized unit which was not even at the property thus then having to pay significantly more for a different unit. I also had issues with the app allowing the larger door drive in entry. The code system worked fine. Lastly, there are not enough carts at this location just based on the amount of units. With that said, Lynn (the property manager) was wonderful and extremely helpful addressing each issue for me. I did decide to stay but it appears there is some items to address on what is sold over the phone vs. what you get when you arrive.
