This was my first experience with a storage unit. Not only was Annalize at the 1515 N Greenfield location extremely helpful, professional and kind, but the location was extreme clean and easy to navigate. While moving can be challenging I feel good knowing I choose Public Storage.

Donna was awesome and got us all checked in. I signed up for their deal online same day I was moving in. We were on a time crunch and she was so helpful with all of our questions. Would recommend this storage facility 10/10. They even have an online app so it’s vert convenient to see your monthly payments and place that on auto pay etc. It’s also month to month so how can you lose.

You hang up in my face when I ask why my rent has increased twice in less than a year. You then tell me it's normal for rent to increase every 6 months but I explain my rent has went up twice and I haven't had my unit a year yet.

You’re out of your flippin mind if you think I’m paying you $400 for storage…$5 grand a year for a 10x15 space after years of on time payments or zero customer issues. steer clear of this place…they woo you with their one month promo and then jack up your rates 2-300% Meanwhile, what’s changed? Have you done anything to improve my experience? No, nothing, not a damn thing, just send me occasional notices of my lease going up - this time 33%. If you want an actual review - it’s a pain to get in and out of the location, there’s very limited parking, the climate cooling is weak, so if you spend any actual time inside, you’re going to break a sweat. Strongly suggest finding a new facility that respects your hard earned dollar.

UPDATE: Service was great moving in - Sharon was amazing. Great with communicating throughout the process of getting my storage unit!
However, I'll be moving to a competitor due to the rate increase (found one for $100 less). They getcha with those online promotions and then increase your rent by 50% or more within 4-8 months. It's a big expense people budget for and now I can see how so many people end up losing their stuff to auctions in the end. Be smart, anticipate the increase, and be ready to relocate all of your stuff to a competitor every 4-8 months! Nature of the storage business these days, so play the game in your favor ;)

Very friendly, helpful, informative. This establishment is very clean and well-organized. Prices are more than I expected for the space, but what isn't more expensive these days. And there are unavoidable add-ons. Just like a commercial airline ticket except you don't get to go somewhere fun.

Judy walked me through setting up my account, helped me set up an app on my phone, showed me how to access the gates and doors with this app, and showed me my storage space. Facility is clean and easy to access, but when the price for a 5x5 space hit $85/month (when I first became a customer it was $55/month) AND the area around my space flooded AGAIN damaging my items on the bottom of my storage room for a second time within 6 months; I knew I was done with this place. I also thought it was thoughtless when they handed me the broom to clean my flooded area and offered no assistance for my many items that became wet when it was THEIR poorly constructed facility that failed.

Its clean and easily accessible with 26' moving truck with 4 wheel car trailer hitch attached. The front desk was nice, polite, and helpful. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star is because you have to reach the front desk by calling/online unless they happen to be in the office. Def inconvenient. All in all, I would recommend this storage any time.

No stat patting, ill give a rating bassed on how I feel dont presure me to give you 5 stars cause you told me to. Also you guys keep raiseing your rates for no reason for the past year, making it difficult, were probably going to moving our stuf cause we cant afford to pay your rates anymore.

DO NOT setup an account with auto pay as Public Storage does periodic increases. These increases can EXCEED their own going rates! When caught with their hand in the cookie jar they did nothing to retroactively refund the difference. My fault for not watching closer. My original rental price $129/mo. Current market price $154/mo. The current periodic increase $197/mo.
The "owner" commented reviewed and sent another bill...is zero stars an option.

Rebecca and Pete did an awesome job! I had an issue with my lock being stuck in my unit and they worked hard and diligently to get this issue resolved.
