Make sure your things are in boxes I found more than one scorpion in my storage unit. Also the staff is rude and unfriendly! If I didn’t have a lot of things already in my unit I’d definitely go somewhere else.
Been rent a unit there for 5-6 months paying 128$ then without warning I get a bill for 173$ due to rent increase. Said I should have received a email which I never did and never received anything in the mail. I will be moving my stuff out of their facility and I will never use or refer anyone to public storage. I will also do reviews on any other review sites on the horrible customer care is

Employees not visable waited in car outside for 45 min before a person came to help us. Calling office number is no help straight to call center. They were not very interested in helping us and because of the lack of interest in our situation we had to make the 79 mile journey to where we came from to look for a key to open our unit we had forgotten even after we offered to pay the fee charged for them to cut the lock they refused to do so sighting liability concerns due to it being a lock we put on not them. Most difficulty I’ve had with any storage facilities EVER

Don't use if you plan on long term storage. After a few months they raised my rent $100 without an explanation why. When I called to complain I got transferred about 5 times before anyone could help me. They said it was due to supply and demand. Guarantee they don't lower your price back down if supply is there and no demand. The true reason for the prices raising was probably the renovation they're doing and expansion got too expensive. Will not rent from Public Storage again!

Starts at $140/mo for a 10x10, now is $300/mo and while their employees will say that is ridiculous to your face, their corporate people will tell you too bad, their would rather have you cancel and setup a new unit, maybe they like churn, maybe they are just setup for people that need to move their stuff every few months to keep it hidden???

We rented a Public Storage that was a litter farther the other storage units. At our location on Val Vista Jessica the on-site manager is simply amazing. She bend over backwards to help us get the size unit we needed. We cannot say enough good things about her and her willingness to help people who store here. In fact a storage facility closer to us and somewhat less money was not an option after the attitude and service by Jessica. Where everyone is scrambling to attract good help nowadays it is refreshing to see people who still care about service.

When I visited Public Storage, I received great customer service! I didn’t even realize that it was closing time and I walked right into the office, but associate Stephen helped me answer my questions anyways! I really appreciated the help I received. Plus, the app is very helpful and easy to use - I definitely recommend here if you need a storage unit.

The app is amazing, being able to open the gate and the door to our building is absolutely the best. The staff is very friendly and polite, it's clean and convenient and a decent price. We just got our unit but so far I'm pleased. My only concern is that we have been told they do rate increases...I've had a storage unit in OK at a smaller facility for 4 years and they have never raised my rates.

This place needs to learn communication. They do not notify you when you have been billed or tell you of any thing to deal with billing until you pull up your bank account or been notified from your bank. The manager HEATHER told me when I had called for my deadline to leave before I got locked out that I had until a certain day and after vacating she called to tell me I had high balance due of several hundred and needed to pay even though none of my belongings are on the property. Didn’t even bother to care or help all she told me was “It doesn’t matter as long as I made note I called I don’t care what you do!” && Thats Your Public Storage Manager!!!!!!

I had questions/concerns on my bill so I went into the office/store #08481 and spoke with Lynn, she helped me with my account. She was so nice and very helpful. I highly recommend this facility.
We've been using Public Storage for almost 2 years. Everything has been good, except they raised our rates out of the blue. I went in to ask about it, and Lynn (in from PS store #08481) helped me out; she stopped any rate changes for the next 6 months. (Without Lynn's help this would be a 1 or 2 star review).
Had a 2nd payment taken out my account without permission. When contacted corporate was told I would have a 5pm deadline or my unit lock would be cut if not vacated?? Who made up these rules, not how storage facilities work. If I'm paid till a certain day, I'm paid to the end of that day. Not 5 or whenever he decides he wants. Vacating unit ASAP, Beware of these practices.......

Rented a 12x50’ spot for a trailer in 2019 for $150/mo by January 2022 they wanted over $300/mo for same spot. Every six months they raise your rent $30-$50 and don’t care about customer retention. Which probably explains their employee turnover. Find somewhere else!
Needed a quick storage for a quick move. Jeff was there with great customer service from beginning to end. Will come again if needed and I also recommend to anyone who needs hassle free service.
