I had a fantastic experience at Public Storage today! I was going through my belongings to downsize when one of the employees noticed my struggle. She kindly mentioned that I could ask for a review to potentially lower my rent, which was such a thoughtful suggestion!
Her customer service was top-notch—she was incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. To top it off, she even offered me a cold bottle of water, which was much appreciated. It's these little touches that really make a difference. I’m grateful for her assistance and will definitely be returning for my storage needs. Highly recommend this location!

Very dissatisfied. Please do not store anything at this facility in Chandler, Arizona. They entice you with one month and then they gouge you with pricing after that. Every single storage place that I have is fair except for Public Storage they are overpriced extremely overpriced for a very small storage unit. I have tried to talk with them and they do not work with you at all. They are charging $191 for a 10 x 10. Then I tried to call their automated to make a payment and because I had a new card there System did not register it correctly and therefore I am charged $35 late fee, which was not my fault. Please do not go to Public Storage .Go to Pods . I have a 16 ft storage with Pods for 159.00. So much nicer to work with and better price.

I've been a customer at public storage for about a year and a half.My experience from the start has always been great .I needed a storage unit close to my location,it fit the bill. Boy am I glad I did, Shania is customer service X10 ,I was setup very quickly and politely. My paycheck is always a set time of month twice. I pay when the check is deposited always, thanks for understanding.We all try to make it work. Thanks to Shania and staff!

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Shania, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Shania is a true asset to the storage facility, and I can't speak highly enough about the quality of service I received.
Clean facility, seamless non contact onboarding, easy entry with phone.. while I'm a pretty hands off tenant, Shania and her team are available and willing to assist during business hours.
Best storage facility I've been to in a long time this place is super clean it felt really safe and Dave was so awesome, he had great customer service, I haven't had that great of customer service in a long time thank you Dave for such a great experience. Highly recommend this place for anybody looking for storage!

Normally when I've called around storage places to get information is not that great over the phone and is not very knowledgeable or informative about how prices work or anything... I just wanted to give kudos to Miranda who had taken my call and was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and informative! She helped me understand how promotions at public storage works as well the prices when I got confused on it. I just wanted to say thank you Miranda for the information and when I need a storage I plan on going to you!

Public Storage in west Chandler has a variety of unit sizes & is also a great place for my storage purposes. They are conveniently located near I-10 & the Santan Freeway. Today was my "move-in" day and everything went seamlessly, no surprises. The facility is very clean and well upkept everytime I have come by. Really like the APP, super convenient to not have to type in a gate code, can open the gate from your phone. Also very convenient to have a new lock inside the unit, ready to go for your move in. Look forward to renting and recommending this location to others.

I forgot to rate this from my initial experience earlier this month. The front desk man, Stephen was very helpful in procuring a location to store my work related items. I work in a field where helping people is the biggest priority and I see a kindred spirit in Stephen. I was quite impressed with his knowledge and am quite glad I stumbled upon him while he was working. He explained the various pricing opinions and how they go the extra mile to protect the units. Public Storage is a fine option if your in the need of shortage units!

I had a million questions because it was my first time renting a space and he walked me through the whole process + showed me the property and difference in unit sizes so I could ensure I rented what I needed. I never write online reviews but you just don’t get customer service like that anymore so this is my thank you for such a positive experience today. I highly recommend this property & ask for Cayman!

5 months ago, the place was terrible. Broken keypads, propped open doors, office parking full of trash,etc. They have since totally redone almost everything and the place is great! Clean and secure!
