This Tempe Public Storage is on Warner Road just east of Interstate 10, near the town's border with the Ahwatukee neighborhood of Phoenix. It offers more than 500 cheap self storage units catering to a wide variety of self storage needs.

I am not a tenant with Public Storage. They have the incorrect email address for a tenant (which is mine), and I cannot get them to fix it.
I trusted this place and paid a dearly rental rate for little over a year I could of bought all brand new items for what I paid. I am retired on a fixed income so no extra money coming in, I had bought the items in storage with money that I inherited so that's gone.I picked up my items from storage and got home and realized I couldn't put either beds together because of missing parts , I cant sit at my dinning table because the chairs are gone along with $15,0000 of other things that I trusted this place to keep for me . I purchased rental insurance it was to cover $5000. I got a police report and sent it to the insurance company which is also affiliated with Public Storage. The insurance company denied it because we couldn't proove it was broken into. They had their lock on our storage unit, they had to let us in when we picked up our items, so to me this looks like a inside job!!! I also ask for investigator to call and I've never heard another word.!!! DO NOT TRUST PUBLIC STORAGE!
I had an issue upon move in that could have been easily resolved if the staff had been on property or at least reachable during their office hours. It tooks months and many phone calls but Danielle and Joe, the district manager were finally able to get the issue resolved. I appreciate their time and attention.

Public Storage will get you in at a low rate then raise your your bill every six months and within a couple years. I started with a five-foot deep by 10-foot wide unit at $75 a month and it's now $200 per month. On the website, they currently advertise $75 a month for a 10x10 unit at the same location with a regular price of $149 a month. Their customer service is useless and will parrot the company line like a cable company that the "promotions are for new customers". Their website never works to login and pay your bill. If you try to do it by phone they will charge you an extra $10, when it's their website failing constantly on multiple different devices. Ok if you only plan on using it for a couple of months but, keep in mind, every storage starts out as temporary then is still being paid for years later. Avoid this company at all costs.
Good storage space. The front desk attendants, especially Erica and Brooke, are super helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend this spot.
Amazing how every single month they increased rent so instead of re-buying my own stuff every month I moved it out and had a garage sale.

First,let me start by stating that in 20 yrs of being away from home out here in Arizona by myself with terrible spending and collecting habits I have utilized at least one unit or one facility sometimes two simultaneously.. I have used every storage facility in the Scottsdale ftn hills and phx metro areas public storage @ 700 w..warner rd has made not only my move to a very large unit so easy and hands free on top of that, that I would give them a 10 out of 10 review and hands down the friendliest staff. . There hasn't been another storage in the past ten yrs that deserves even a 5 in my experience there were a lot of 2's 3's but no other tens. Thank you to ms.ericka who is always pleasant and nice to chat with on top of that . If your new to the area and the location works for you . Check this public storage out today. Thank you p.s.

Amazing storage units, so kind and Erica was the biggest help and really sold the place by helping me feel so happy and at peace that I chose this public storage facility. Everything was also so clean you can tell they care moving your belongings is never a fun job but she made me feel so comfortable even offered me water when I came in to use the restroom.
I have had the need for a storage unit for a few years now and I have stored at many different facilities over those few years.... So far this public storage has been the best experience for me and my husband. It is actually a little further than we prefer to be but it is worth it just to not have to deal with problematic storage managers and all the other issues we have had to deal with at other storage facilities. This Public Storage location is great, just wish they had a little later gate hours.

Raised the rent over 30% after renting it for only 4 months. Again, THIRTY percent. When I called to ask why, I was told that the property manager would be reached to see what they could do. After that I got an email stating there was nothing they could do. Please be aware of the bait and switch tactics, as well as monthly rent raises. My guess is to cycle people who pay closer attention to their billing cycles out, and keep the people who are willing to pay the outrageous rent increases, in.
Danesa was wonderful when I came in I had to pay for my space and she guided me to download the app definitely was patient and made it an easy process.
Came in to inquire about renting a unit. I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled she’s to the fact that Danesa deserved one. She was very professional and knowledgeable and most importantly, patient with all my questions. She showed me a few different units and the place was very clean too. She really went above and beyond to answer all my questions. I will be returning next month to rent a unit. 10 stars for Danesa!

This was evidenced by her thoroughness in responding to my online request for unit, her patience as I upgraded my unit TWICE, LOL and her pleasant but professional demeanor. She was very thorough giving details that were needed such as the time she's at the lunch, the hours of operation and the items that could fit inside of a unit. The storage facility grounds were clean and neat there was no litter or trash. the office was well organized and neat and the process to rent the unit was painless, quick and easy.

My experience with Public Storage is great. Erica is especially helpful when I need assistance and she is always cheerful, positive and helpful.
They put me in a corner spot that people use to park in, so accessing my actual unit is a pain. Also, the door is all messed up- I have to jimmy the door open every time I need something from the unit. I was able to forgive these blunders for the last 4 months since I have rented. I can't however forgive the almost $100 price increase that also was failed to be communicated. I've rented this unit for 4 months.... And it increased by that much. So if you need to budget accurately or don't want to be baited and switched, look elsewhere for your storage needs.
