This place has been great for me. Very clean and efficient. Mackenzie, Damien, and Javier have all been friendly and helpful when I needed assistance.

Javier was wonderful and walked me through the process over the phone. Although I ended up needing a unit closer to me, this was a great experience and I recommend calling with any questions or concerns as they are happy to answer them.

Thia is the only location that never has staff in it it's crazy and have to constantly call and prayer you get a return call

I was in a pinch, and need to be out of my apartment in a week and am not able to move into my new house yet so I made a reservation online for a storage unit. I received a call shortly after from Damien confirming my reservation and he told me I could come in to the store the next day and finish everything. I saw a larger unit had availability and he was able to switch my reservation no problem. When I went the next day he walked me to show the unit available and he knew everyone that was there by name he is so friendly! Superb customer service! He got me set up and squared away quickly and very easily and explained the app to me too. Will definitely reccomend this place to anyone in need! 10/10 thank you Damien!

We showed up to the site to talk about the reservations but the door was locked so we parked in the parking lot and called for help. Lauren was super helpful in reviewing the pricing and sizing of unit and transferred to the Customer Service to cxl one of the duplicate reservations. Damien has noticed that we were outside and walked to us to see if we needed help, which I did because I couldn’t get the payment info to come up. Over all was super easy, everyone was friendly, and glad we got it done for their special.

Need to highly commend an employee by the name of Amari (not sure of spelling). Finding employees that are willing to go over and beyond their duties to accommodate customers or simply do what the "job" calls for is quite uncommon anymore. On more than one occasion my interaction with Amari had impressed me enough to write a review about my positive experience and satisfaction with the Public Storage on E Ray road.

I came in and inquired on a storage last month and was helped by the associate named Damien and he provided the best customer service ever. He answered any and every question I had concerning my storage unit and also assisted in my unit with the light as he was already clocked out and heading home. For the best customer service I highly recommend speaking with Damien he will get the job done.

I have had a storage unit for many years and was amazed by their customer service today. I forgot two boxes of Christmas decor on the loading dock (communication error with my partner) on Saturday. On Sunday I went back to the facility to see if maybe it had been turned in. Luckily Damien was available in the office and knew right where my boxes were being stored. He went to get them and even loaded them in my vehicle! I think that the owners of this facility finally had an excellent management team in place! Not only was the customer service excellent, but the facility is immaculate.

My experience with them was awesome they were very helpful, courteous, and treated me good I'm satisfied with their services and would recommend Public Storage for anyone who needs it. Thanks guys!!

Great customer service and good fall sale deals

Management is unprofessional at this location. A person identified themselves as a manager Gina and was super rude. The storage is a little different with their locking system. You’re forced to buy their lock. No traditional storage lock will fit their door. So a way to lock in the customer when they need lock options. I If you loose your keys your told that they don’t have copies of keys and that you as the customer have to take off your own lock. Then they suggest get a lock smith. So as a customer if I know how to cut locks by drilling and the lock is mine then I should be able to remove my own lock right. This Gina person came up and started yelling at me saying I can’t remove my own lock that it’s not allowed. I asked to see the policy and Gina ignored my question and told me to leave the property. So frustrated as a customer. I don’t recommend this storage location especially if you’re a kind person like me and expect to treated with kindness. Spend your money on storage elsewhere.

Expensive but you get what you pay for. Revised 9.28.2022 I have completed my need for storage and have checked out of this property however wanted to drop a revision to this review from a few months ago. While I was loading my truck Chelsea was walking the property doing something job related I assume and I mention that I would be completely out when I drove away and wanted to know what I needed to do to officially be moved out and Chelsea coached me exactly as the person from the Public Storage 1-800 service stated. The next morning I received a follow up email stating my status as moved out, account balance etc. The info was accurate and complete. That being said, my initial review was inspired by my Google pixle phone however I decided to revise changing my rating from 4 to 5 stars because Chelsea is excellent! She knows the property, knows her customers, is professional and the reason that I will return to that same location next time I have a storage need. As stated in the original review, slightly expensive but worth every penny. At this specific location money can buy the best!

I just want to post this to let people know what happened to me. I don’t review slot of places I visited but I have to for this one to warn people. I was in needed of a storage and came into look at one. I explained to Chelsea that I would not need it until next month. When I enter into the climate control storage, it was a nice size so I decide this would be a good place to store my things for a while. There was a women there who was moving out and she came in and told Chelsea that the mice had chewed up her furniture very bad. Chelsea assured me that she was a renter who had been there for years and that the mice started to enter the facility when the trees were cut down. She said that took care of that a year ago and they don’t no longer have a pest problem. I should have listen to the women that came in because she was trying to warn me. I rented the storage and left. I ran into a financial situation where I could not pay. I came into the store and Chelsea could not help me and move me out of the storage and gave me a number to call to someone who may help. Well I contact the number and the reps to public storage were rude and did not want to help me and keep transferring me to different departments, so I can be off there phone line, so they are no help either and keep telling me to call the location I rented the storage from. I am not even sure if they actually took care of pest problem because they are some recent reviews on there website were people are still experiencing issues. I would not rent a storage ever from them or any public storage facility, they are ruthless and do not assist you when you have a financial hardship. If I could give zero stars for this company I would.
