Charged for unit, showed up and my 10x10 was only a 7.5x7.5??? I never even moved in and they charged me a $30. I canceled after seeing unit, but no refund and terrible customer service lied about refund!
The gate at this location has nothing but issues. Everytime you have to try 3 or 4 times to get it to open. Right now I've been waiting 2 hours to get in and no one answers or returns calls. I own a company and can't get access to my tools, this is very unacceptable.
Justin was able to answer my questions and was able to get me a discount on my unit!

Came into town to reorganize the shed. Javier helped me get to our shed by following the security provision and privacy policies of public storage as I could not remember our shed number. He called us back within a few minutes after I left a message and was polite, knowledgeable and informative. Javier was a sincere and courteous employee and public storage should feel proud of his stewardship to their business.
Currently in a cool unit to store stuff while I move. I can imagine it's boring for staff but the two I've met have been nice. Justin is awesome :)

Great facility with awesome customer service. I really enjoy the ease of access and everything except that once i moved in, the rate kept on changing. I am currently being charged $200 for an outdoor 10 x 10 while newer rentals go for a lower rate of $81 instead of $108. when I moved in mid 2022 it was $129 instead of $150 then few months after, the rate went up to $150, now it is $200. So basically I spent tens of hours, and money, to move in all my belongings then they raised the price. Once I posted this review, I received an email from Public Storage stating that my rate of $200 for 10 x 10 will not be decreased at this time! Although the facility is nicely maintained and is very convenient for those who live near by, the spike in rental fees is not justified. This is not a 3% or 5% increases, it is usually a 20% to 70% increases. I would not recommend to those who are looking for a long term storage.
Terence made my experience go smoothly and efficiently. He’s very knowledgeable and was pleasant to speak with. It makes my day when I get good customer service because it’s so rare these days.

I needed help fast. I was confused cause my life was changing. I needed to get my stuff somewhere safe. My life being up and down I couldn't keep an appointment i had with the company. They were so understanding and just told me to come in they would help me. So kind. It was a few more days and I almost didn't go in.because I just seem so unstable right now. But I did and DAVE the manager grateful me kindly. Remembered me. Listened to my woes and set me up quick fast and with kindness and understanding. The process to rent was efficient, the facility is clean and well maintained, and the price for rental (with first month $1) was lower than other options in the area. Using the app for entry is way better than using a keypad! The manager, Dave, was friendly and helpful.

Personable staff and easy unit lease process
A couple months ago they raised my rent by about $50 per month. The place is clean and tidy but not happy with the financial aspect.
