This company does not care about its customers. They are not professional and are rude. I moved out of the storage one day into the new month. The company would not consider willing to prorating the monthly rental for the small, overpriced unit. After I return the key for the rental and was closed out by the manager, I was told that I would have to pay for a month's rental. When I asked the manager for a prorated rate, she swiftly told me that public storage does not do prorated rates and that I would have to pay for the month minus the insurance. I told her that was ridiculous and that I would call corporate. After I told her that I wasn't pay and if I paid, I needed my lock back, the manager responded rudely but saying you can come and get your lock. No apology of not being able to help, I wish I could do something, but it is out of my control or anything to make her seem she was customer friendly. She went straight rude and changed her tone. I may have considered paying but I'm not paying because bother her and the customer service rep at the 800 number were rude. Calling corporate was a waste of time because the customer service rep informs me that they had spoken with the manager and that they would not help me, and I would have to pay the monthly rental for the month. She then threatens to send me to collections if I do not pay. I will never rent a unit from public storage (I lower cased their name purposely). The don't deserve a respect of even being recognized as legitimate business.

I have been a customer at this unit for a little over a year and Ms Queen has helped me every time I’ve had a question or concern. Good people are hard to find and this nice lady is definitely a jewel. If you find yourself in need of a storage facility…Run don’t walk to this location across from Lawson Field. Staff is always nice, helpful and knowledgeable and go the extra mile to accommodate their customers. They understand real life happens.

Quiet possibility one of the easiest setups I have experienced. Ms. Queen was exceptionally helpful and quick. In and out with rental agreement in place in under 20 minutes.

Don't ever use this place. The worst experience ever. 3 weeks before the manager returns my call. Only to tell me he has to get approval from his manager to unlock a prepaid storage paid up for 2 months ! To charge me 200 bucks to let me in a storage that they never showed to unlock themselves who sent a lock Smith to do it for them. I guess they charged me 75 bucks to look a number up & call ! Y'all been warned ⚠

Today was Very great experience and the employee was very polite and helpful.This the type customer service we need in all business.
It isn't 24 hours access and if your not off the property by 9 p.m the gates are locked until 6 a.m the next morning,access doors sometimes open/close on there own the keypads to gain entry forget your codes a lot of the units leak it's hard talking to a live agent they will not work with you on late payments or arrangements but stack late fee after late fee until your stuck with a huge payment. A lien will be placed or your unit will be auctioned off.
As of today's date I have never known of any Public Storage that has 24 hour access !!!

My experience with this public storage has been amazing. Tonya really makes me feel special on every visit. She goes out of her way to assure that I have access to equipment that I need when I am moving things in and out of my storage. Her attitude is super professional. I just wish that corporate would give her better and more equipment to work with so that she would not have to work so hard to make accommodations for each customer. While moving across the country, our truck broke down. We stored it here since it was the closest place. I am SO GLAD we did! We fell on financial hardships & we’re making small payments when we could. Every time I got a call from one of the lovely ladies here, & explained our situation, they were so understanding. I've always been told that they get it, they put a note on our profile, & that they hope things look up for us. One amazing woman even prayed with me on the phone that we will be okay! I was a little confused about how to exit the facility, one way in and 2 ways out. Saw alot of trash around the grounds even though they have signs telling people not to dump and your on cameras when they do dump. Was looking for a cart to move my things in and out of my truck and was told I would need to go back to the office to get one because other renters have been stealing the carts! 🤦🏿♀️

Somethings we can teach and somethings we can't. Customer Service is one of them. Ms Tonya has it, she is a natural. She went above and beyond and because of her, actions she helped make an awful, stressful moving experience to become less stressful. The empathy shown towards me during a most stressful out of state move on a rainy day. The man above was looking out for me. Not only did she go above and beyond for me, I also witnessed with my own eyes during my multiple days on the property as she displayed that same level of kindness and willingness to help other customers as well.

Public storage do not care about their customers. Today they took an additional $40 from my payment with no warning or explaination. I called the location and they said they are not told about such things and gave a 866# to call. I called that number and no one Ever answered the phone.
I came in recently to help a friend move some stuff out of storage. I went by the office and Lisa kindly showed me the way to the mens room. Nice chick!
