Had a great experience! The two ladies, Whitney and Jordan, help me by showing me the units to make sure they were exactly what I needed. Once I chose to use them they made my rental lease seamless. Pricing was amazing compared to extra space. I've saved so much money with them. Definitely recommend.

Nichol in Pelham was awesome. She was so helpful getting me set up and helped me get into my unit. She made my experience efficient and extremely pleasant. In addition she was so friendly.

I've had a horrible experience all around from the very first phone call where the representative was rude and snazzy after speaking to me about 30 minutes. I was not aware of the area and wanted a facility that was inside, climate controlled, and within 15-20 minutes of my home. I had another issue when the representative put the wrong move-in date so they had to credit me $50. But the biggest issue is that I hired 4 movers and a 26" inch U-Haul Truck for the move from my apartment to the facility and once we arrived the facility was NOT CLIMATE CONTROLLED. I was so upset b/c I have over 55 boxes of books for my profession and outside activities/hobbies that can now become damaged. I've never secured a storage unit without climate control. I called back to speak with the manager who told me her district manager would have to approve a refund or transfer. After thinking about it, I called back on Friday to say I'd prefer the refund. I hadn't even heard back from the district manager. They keep pushing me from Whitney, Nicole, Kristine and Sam. I am very frustrated with this business and how they handled this situation. I will never use them again or recommend their services. *****Update on August 9, 2024****** I had a senior district manager call me yesterday to help resolve the issues of the wrong units and to make me feel like my time, money, and effort mattered. Jennifer was very reasonable, respectable, and kind to me over the phone. Everyone I spoke with at the Pelham location was very nice, but they lacked finding a solution or getting information to the higher up individuals that could confirm my refund and stay during August. Jennifer made everything whole by giving me a complete refund and will be letting me stay until the end of the month so I'll have time to move my belongings to a different location. I feel so much more relief when individuals, especially those working with the public, communicate effectively and get things done. While this was likely a miscommunication from the phone with the rep (not affiliated w/the location), there should have been a representative from the Pelham facility to call and double-check my order. Hopefully, they'll implement a better system so mixups and accidents like this don't occur. Nobody likes to move and this situation made it worse. Nonetheless, I am satisfied with the solution. I'd recommend you visit the facility, speak to a live agent at the facility, and get what you pay for if you rent with Public Storage. The managers on duty were very nice and professional--they had good attitudes even when I was frustrated.

Clean operation and facility. really enjoyed meeting and dealing with Whitney who is the office manager she went through all the options with me showed me a couple units was very cordial and friendly at the same time she was helpful and professional. she took the time and effort to work out some details for me so that my rental experience would be the best which it is and will be as long as Whitney is there to help.

Whitney is the best she was very professional help me through the process step by step. From viewing on the iPad to a tour to see the unit in person. Everything is good to go thanks Whitney 😊😊

Richard Crompton the manager was extremely courteous, professional and on point. Good experience 5-8-24 update Mr Crompton is no longer the manager and for a 10x10 my rent started at $165.00 April of 2022, I am now paying $315.00 have had 4 rate increases in less than 2 years . The first one within 5 months… They just hit me with a $65 late fee for being 5 days late.. Talk about gouging the public and not wanting customer retention this is how it is done! When I get moved out I won’t ever be back at any price…

Nicole from store 24618 was absolutely AMAZING! She showed me the unit and we had so many giggles!! I’m so glad she was able to get me the unit I was looking for!! Best representative I have met thus far!

Nicole was very courteous and helpful. I stopped by wanting to see the sizes of different units and she was able to give me a little tour. Was initially going to shop around but decided on a unit right there on the spot. Thank you Nicole!

Never ever will be coming back. Paid every bill. I got to clean out my unit they changed the lock on it & then told me I had to pay a lock smith to open it when they changed it, not me!!!! Called every one I could call couldn’t get the problem resolved. Open to lock myself but will never use this storage place again. They need to use the money they collect to fix the office and other units instead of being greedy.

It was heartwarming to hear that Military folks who rented from them didn’t have to worry about having their things be auctioned. Public Storage understands that sometimes they might be deployed and cannot be reached. I love finding companies that take care of our military while they are taking care of us!

I have used this location on and off for years. The manager Cristina is amazing and super helpful. When I made her aware I was was taking some of my things out and needed to move to a smaller unit, she took the time to take sound the complex and show me my options. If you live nearby and have storage needs, this is the place for you. Six stars.

When renting a unit I was given a unit with damaged drywall and had not been cleaned, told not to worry about it. Chose to transfer because I didn't want to be charged for damage I didn't do. I asked about being able to use Upacks. Explained the pod process. I was told it was okay by 3 different people. The day I try to move my stuff in, told that I can't use Upacks pods and that and they'll call the city on me. I am quite angry with the experience I have had. I do not recommend them. Not only do I feel scammed, having to complain with customer service to deal with a busted unit, phone app issues with extra charges and being lied to by 3 different people that I could use the Upacks. Costing both my Upack driver and I time and money. Do not recommend getting a unit here.

Eli was very nice and helpful. He explained everything to me. Showed me around. I’m very pleased with my service and definitely looking forward to moving in.

5 stars all day long! I made a reservation online for the next day and fist thing that morning I got a call to confirm reservation. Eli was the employee that helped me and he was excellent! The process was swift, informative, and quick! 💯 percent recommend if looking for storage unit. Eli was very nice and made sure we had what we needed.

I just wanted to say I only come to this place bc of the phenomenal service no matter the time or day Cristina gives each time I am here. She is extremely patient and always has a smile on her face. She has helped me tremendously through a lot of things over the past two years I believe I have been using public storage. If you ever want to rent out from this place for sure hands down request to speak with Cristina. She will make sure you are taken care of!

Professional, clean, organized, and jumped to help me when I had trouble locking up. New App is very easy to use. Rates are very affordable, online setup and payment system were a revelation. Made me wish more businesses had this option. Christina is great, and can walk you through the whole process. You definitely want to consider the extra Insurance.
