Sadly, I am back providing more info regardingthis situation.
I thoughtPublicStorageand I had reached a resolution, however after a credit was offered for my troubles, I then received a notificationthat my unit rent will be increasingthe following month. I found that to be in poor taste. Especially when I was told I would have that rate untilthe end of the year. I left a voicemailregardingmy concernsand have not heard back.

Someone keeps going un my storage and stealing from me. This was happening in the University Place Public Storage as well. I thought I was going crazy until I packed and repacked my stuff and some belongings were missing. Unfortunately I have reported the issue and yet they do not believe me. I believe this has been and inside job because I use their locks and so how easy would it be to get in. ****Update**** I spoke with Laurie this morning who helped to resolve my situation in a courteous and professional manner. She was empathetic and we came to am agreement that worked for both parties. We came up with a game plan moving forward that I can implement in order to reduce any future thefts or funny business.

The place is decent. However, a 47% increase in rental fees and only been here 3 months is pretty messed up. Staff was rude to my wife after they messed up. Her name is on the rental agreement, and they tried to deny her access. Poorly managed. They store cars around blind corners, so navigating a moving truck is a pain. Just a bunch of minor nuisances.
Update I added a star because after my complaint of not much notice for the rental increase, they reduced it back to the entry price until February. To me, this shows they care about their customers' satisfaction.

I recently rented a unit there. The most amazing part, is the great customer service... Lori went above and beyond to help us she is amazing and kind and just all around so helpful.. we were in a time crunch and showed up with minutes to spare before closing. Always eager to help, even with my one oddball request to see if the other two doors on my unit could be opened for convenience sake. She went out of her way to offer to go check it out after letting us know we'd need our own locks to relock those doors should we have opened them.
We ended up not doing so, but her offer to look was very warm and appreciated. Checkout on move out day was very quick thanks to Lori's expertise. Lovely lady with a lovey personality. I bought a unit here from a auction online and I don't mind having to clean a dirty unit but infested with ants is ridiculous. They shouldn't have even sold this unit. I tried to walk away from it, but was told I'd be banned from where I make my money at, so here I sit for two hrs trying to clean the unit but even after telling the guy on the phone to make sure my code still worked, it didn't. I've called the phone number and left a message more than once and get no "quick prompt response like it message says. I've never had a issue with another public storage facility like this one.when I purchased the unit the lady was unfriendly and she didn't even take me to the unit to open it, not sure the correct tags were on it or if it was even locked up for that matter.she basically disappeared. Most likely knowing how bad the unit was.

We have a storage unit here. My husband and I have been trying to contact the property manager and no one has answered. They changed our unit from a key to keyless entry without notifying us, or giving us the code. Still haven’t heard from management. Just saw a women waiting outside of the office with the exact same problem. I rarely write reviews. This is a problem and I hope to get some attention to have it fixed!
I'm giving this location two stars because corporate does not properly train new employees. The site manager was a breath of fresh air after trying to deal with Tony the previous day on the phone. He was rude, unhelpful, not solution oriented and in the end hung up on me. The site manager resolved my issue in less than 15 minutes and was an amazing interaction. After dealing with Tony the previous day I was ready to pull all of my belongings from multiple sites but thankfully the long tenured, customer oriented site manager redeemed Public Storage, sadly she's leaving.

Usually it's a great place for storage. I just wish that you were open on Tuesday's. I go to this branch because it's closer to me by bus to get to. Now I'll have to go to the canyon park location after work, because of the inconvenience of this location being closed on Tuesday's.
Betty was the best thing that happened to Public storage. She is amazing!! I really started to give up on what we refer to as “customer service” Betty is the Gold standard, this is how customer service should be done. Not only did she go above and beyond by staying 30 mins past her shift so that I made it in time to open my new unit but she did it with a smile on her face the entire time.
I'm so sick of how you do people. You raise your rent more often than housing! I'm glad that a lot of people have the same complaint and will not ever choose you again!

Horrendous rip-off. They raised our rent almost $100 in less than a year. They have a rodent problem. The front gate is broken probably half the time. The units are separated by cheap particle board which the rodents love to eat through. Don't waste your time. We moved to a place in South Everett for less than half of what we were paying. Don't waste your time.
Really easy to register and handle my storage business! Highly recommend!! Bluetooth entry through the gate never had any problems here seems pretty cool
