I had to go into the office and she was cheerful, helpful and managed to get my needs taken care of a whole 24 hours before I expected them. Terrible experience and terrible customer service trying to use these places for a couple months for short term storage during a move. I would recommend looking else where if possible. They don't honor their contracts and a few months later just got a letter from collections. Stay away from these people.

WARNING ON RATE INCREASES: after renting there for 4 months they raised my rent from $108 to $148 a month. This was not an introductory rate deal or anything - it's just a total bait-and-switch.

Horrible customer service. So glad I no longer have a unit here. I’ve rented public storage units all over Seattle area for years on and off and hands down this was the complete opposite of my experience at other locations. From day one I felt unwelcome. Today as I got off a 5 hour long bus ride and 20 minute walk I got into my storage unit and sat down for a moment and put a blanket on me because it was literally 30 degrees today. I was headed up to bothell to check into my hotel room but needed to switch out things from my suitcase since I live in hotels at the moment. I was taking a phone call as well at the time so they must have heard me and decided to swing open my unit door unprompted (I have PTSD severely) and began berating me about “sleeping” in my unit. My eyes were not closed. I was simply taking a few moments to myself before beginning to pack my suitcase for my trip east. I was also accused of eating in the unit even though there was no food in sight. Why would I want to eat in a moldy smelling storage unit? Absolutely no beverages were open but I had gone to the store prior and had unopened cans I was preparing to pack properly into my luggage for later today. It was shocking how I was treated. I felt judged from day one so I think the woman just had a personal issue with me or is just an extremely insecure and sad person who is rude to others to make herself feel powerful.
I’m already having an extremely hard time in life and truly doing my best to improve my life. The way I was treated here today was extremely traumatic for me. There’s so much difficult things going on in the world that it really shocks me when people choose to have a power trip with people who are already visibly struggling.
Please do better.

1. Did not honor their advertised discount, 2. They will harass you daily with phone calls if your unit is even a few days past the due date, 3. They tag on a hefty late fee 3 days past your due date, 4. As I was clearly in a hurry to leave, the employee at this location stopped me and basically pressured me to do a review before I left, a 5 star review. This has been my worst experience with a storage facility. I will never use this company again for my storage needs.
Analeya is the best Public Storage manager EVER!! Not to take away from any of the other managers who have always been friendly and helpful, but Analeya went above and beyond to find the right location for my movers trailer to maneuver successfully. She is personally taking care of my credit for one location, drove to another location to walk the grounds with me and the mover to make sure the third location would work, and was so gracious with me and my frustration in the process. Exceptional customer service like this is really hard to come nowadays and I truly appreciate Analeya, for her expertise and great energy. She helped me stay calm in a stressful situation and deserves all the bonuses, pay increases and recognition that come her way!

Today I decided to look for a storage unit that I will be needing in a month or so. I went to this location and Charlotte helped find the perfect unit for my needs. I will definitely be renting a unit here do here do her high level of service and knowledge. Out of all of the storage places that I looked at, she provided the me the piece of mind that I would have knowledgeable and friendly service every time I visit.

I do wish she would have told me on the phone, when I made the appointment to ask questions and sign paperwork, OR when we were there in person during our appointment, that if we rent a new unit, there will be a prorated amount that will be due on the first of the month on top of the administrative fee and unit rent we are required to pay now to reserve/rent a unit. Since we rented on a Friday which was the 27th instead of waiting until the 30th or 31st, that should be common sense, I guess, but she could have mentioned what would be due on the first of the next month. I guess it is better to have a few days then try to move it all in one day.
Also, I’ve never been required to pay for their insurance. I’ve been asked and then refused because I have my own renters insurance, but now I’m told I have to pay, or show proof, so I will bring in proof and get reimbursed.
Unfortunately, I have not had good experiences with Corporate or the District Management and have been a long time customer, over 15 years. There have been doors and door locks broken for years without repair, these are doors that enter into the hallways to access the indoor units, also rat problems, and no push carts to help move belongings. We were told that they are on top of the rat problem, so that’s good. I have never felt any appreciation for being a current, long time customer, I only see good deals online for new customers! I continue to experience rent increases, so soon we will not have to pay to store our belongings!

Got a phone call from the office that my unit was not properly locked, and I placed my lock into the wrong hole where it can be opened. The person who called told me that they were standing next to my unit and were opening it and closing it with the lock still attached. It was my first time renting a storage unit, I took pictures after I moved some of my stuff in there just to refer back to how much space I have left. I even took a picture of my locker after checking that it's in the right hole because I did notice it was an unusual locking system. I thought it was just to make you buy their locker. Anyway, after placing my lock on my first unit I rented, I made sure the door was locked. My lock was an American Military Eagle Company padlock, an antique item that's built to last. When I went to this storage facility, I had to search for my unit door number because they were painting the hallway and only had small numbers written by the door handles. Another reason I had trouble finding my unit is because I was looking for my unique locker. I found the right unit number, but there was a completely different locker on it, and it was put in the wrong hole, making my unit accessible to anyone. I was not happy about my locker, I only have the key to it. When I looked inside my unit, most of my containers were visibly opened, and my stuff was visibly moved around. There were some boxes nearly empty. I moved all my stuff out that day. I was wondering why the management didn't help keep my door locked after they called me and how they discovered my door being unlocked.

They increased storage unit rental cost without improvement of damaged doors to storage buildings , the door to the building your uniti is in does not close. No lights in your unit very dark the walk way lights up but no light in the unit . Staff is friendly though .

Not terrible pricing for this side of the state. The location is on a busy highway, so be careful getting in and out! Especially with trailers. The facility is small, and the area for parking space rental is tiny and gravel, hopefully secure enough for my storage! Finding a parking space less than even $300 a month was looking impossible, so I’m glad I found this place. Charlotte (manager) is awesome, helped me park and everything. I was told my payment upon move-in would be my auto-pay, but alas that was untrue, as I got a notification that my autopay is not set up, so hopefully no late fee is incurred. Overall, decent place for better price than most others in the area. Charlotte is a rockstar.

I had to change my space on move in day as it did mot measure the size I was remting and Madi was AWESOME! She worked tirelessly to find me another space with closer dimensions and then made sure that everything else was taken care of so I would not have any stress. VERY FRIENDLY AND CONSCIENTIOUS TEAM.
