The staff here are so awesome thank you Margo had a few discrepancy but we were able to get it all organized and started got my unit and I'm satisfied very satisfied. 4/07/22 I wanted to downsize from a 10 x 22 a 10 x 15 and Richard made it all possible for me and easy access from one unit to another literally across each other thank you Richard you been really helpful thanks for everything you guys always help me out in need. Update on review for Tiffany awesome staff member at Riddell location. We need more of you in this world. You know what you dis for my family. Be Blessed and keep doing you!

I am disabled, and called ahead to see if there was access, because there were stairs. I was told there was an elevator and push carts. I got there, and there were neither. I didn’t move in, and asked for a different space with the same deal. They had none accessible, and wouldn’t transfer to a different location. They charged 20 for a lock I didn’t need, and that was the only thing they immediately refunded. I called and demanded a refund, and the first agent said no, the admin fee was non refundable, and a supervisor would say the same thing, so since I had no business with them, they were ending the call, and hung up. I called back, and the next guy refunded the rest of my money. They gave me a really hard time, and I was excluded from taking a $1 first month deal at another location, because I still had an open account with them. Bad customer service. All about bleeding you dry.

Employees are rude and unhelpful. My unit reeked like mold, reported that the roll up door didn't close all the way, their response "sorry about that ". The last day of the month, they called 5 times to ask if I was going to pay or vacate.

Easy to find my unit but the ground in the lot is very uneven

Despicable business. All they do is raise rates. Started at $131.00 for a 10x10 outside unit, two years ago. I pay $351.00 now. The only options are either to pay whatever they want, whenever they feel like upping the price or move out. Welp, I've been pushed far enough. Move out it is. Smh.

Please avoid at all cost, I got this until on promotion, the untit the gave me is moldy wet and and stinks like mildew, the lady said there's nothing they can do about the smell, tried to get a new unit and on a free month in order to get a unit to fix one that's not habital I'm going to have to pay another 70 dollars! When it's supposed to be free not to mention their 10by10 are now their old 5by5s, it's really bad over there with all the competition bremeton has for storage fins somewhere even if its a little more expensive it'll be worth it! DO NOT DO IT

Super helpful manager, unfortunately can't remember her name. She has been amazingly helpful every time I've interacted, and a reason to continue renting here.

This storage facility has raised rent almost $200 in a year and a half. My bill last month was $387 for a 10x20 unit this month with no notice it went up to $471 for a 10x20 unit. They are crooks reliable storage is way more affordable.

Horrible waych your stuff

Nice location just on the hill of East Bremerton's shopping district. Had 2 different units over the course of 6 months and both were wonderful. Tiffany keeps the place clean and was always helpful. Just a heads up despite plenty of lighting in the hallway there are no lights inside the individual units.

Was about to reserve the unit I wanted online, they checked up by phone call and helped me out very well. Chris was the person I met with in the office to see the unit, he was very respectful, answering all my questions, opening doors and was overrall friendly. I feel confident that this is a very good storage place.

At this storage facility, you will find decent prices, great deals and sales, secure units and lots, great communication, and fantastic customer service. I reserved a unit online and immediately received a phone call from Sydney to confirm an appointment time on my requested move-in date. She was very polite, informative, and friendly. Sydney did a wonderful job answering the questions I had, making me feel like I chose a great storage facility to use. I missed a phone call the day before my move in date from Tiffany, the manager. She left me a helpful voicemail, reminding me of my appointment time, location, and a contact number and email if I needed anything. Tiffany clearly enjoys her job and makes storing and moving as easy as possible. I met with Chris in the very clean and well organized office to get me all set up and sign some paperwork. Despite it being his first day, he was on top of everything as if he had been working there for years. Chris was professional, friendly, well-prepared, and made the process quick and easy. When I came back later, I had forgotten the access door code, so I called the office, and Chris was immediately helpful and got me taken care of. Overall, I would say that the renting process was completely painless, definitely 5 star worthy, and made me confident in my decision to use this Public Storage.

A. I would like the hours to be extended at both ends. B. The "garage" door on my unit is very difficult to get it to stay up. I have to use a broom that is not tall enough to allow me adequate access. C. The drive way is a nightmare on the west side.

Great place lacking service

I been a customer their for on and off for couple years. They treat you with respect. Tiffany is new at the facility and her energy is amazing. She was very understanding and very workable. She got slammed by allot of people after she was taking care of me. I sat and waited for a lil bit when she got done to show me my new storage unit she apologies for taking a lil while. Glad she is here keep up the amazing work.

Great place to stow things

Everything went great. Was a rentor for a long time. But when it came time to move out everything went downhill. Charged me an extra months rent even though I did what the property manager said I needed to do to avoid that. Tried calling the help line and after waiting on hold for 10 minutes they hung up on me. Tried to send an email to the help center and it "wasn't working."

Do not rent here! Or any public Storage facility for that matter! Horrible peoe run this business. I had my wallet stolen and money taken, so of course everything that goes along with that headache; shut down all cards, no identification. I was called by them when my auto debit did not go through and I explained what had happened and oi was told there qould not be a late fee. As soon as I got new cards and a license I paid my rent but did not pay the late fee that was on there as agreed. They locked out of my unit. I went in and spoke to the office and thy gave me a number to call that could remove my fee as they didn't have the ability to do it. They refused to remove the late fee and I was threatened with auction! I explained everything, I had been laid off almost for a year now with my job and to please consider it because I am just barely getting by! They would not hear any of it, they have no empathy whatsoever, all they care about is money. Rent somewhere else if in case something like this were ever to happen to you!

Kyla was great, the storage facility has been amazing. Well that was a month ago my how things change Initially I gave this place a great review Kyla was great and helpful, now a month later I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. When we initially rented our unit through public storage customer service we were told it was a climate controlled storage facility it even says it on the Public Storage website. Yesterday I go to storage (I go there almost daily because our business inventory is stored there) and almost all of our inventory and personal items are ruined. Pictures, Christmas decorations, movies, collectibles and inventory. There was so much moisture in our unit you could see the condensation running down the bottles of syrup we store there for our business. Labels peeling off the bottles because of the moisture and boxes not even stored on the floor wet. The concrete is wet and shows visible signs of dampness. I had just been to storage 48 hours earlier and it wasn’t like that. I called the Riddell storage office and got no answer so I left a message went home and called the customer service number. I gave them my information and they looked up my account once again confirming the unit was climate controlled and explaining to me as if I was 5 what climate controlled meant, in their words exactly, “cool In the summer warm in the winter” followed with an exaggerated sigh. So I clarified with her that since that is the case then I shouldn’t have any moisture in my unit and she said “ that is correct”. So I let her know we have a big problem then. She put me on a very long hold finally came back on and gave me the insurance claims number. Myself and a friend went back up to storage to take pictures and speak with the person on duty who happened to be Kyla. I explained to Kyla what was going on and have her look at the unit. She informed me she had gotten a notification from the service center about it and said “they need to stop telling people this is a climate controlled storage facility”. So obviously this is not a new problem. She acknowledged the issue even took pictures and mentioned you could see the moisture on the concrete but she didn’t think the insurance would cover it cause it’s food and would attract rats. Now unless I’m wrong I’m pretty sure rats don’t chew thru glass bottles. And their website advertises them as a great place to store wine for your business. Asked me if I wanted to switch units. Not too sure what that is going to accomplish since my stuff is already ruined and none of the units are climate controlled. I told her the $300 a month I pay there should be refunded since I shouldn’t be paying to have my stuff ruined. Once again I was referred to customer service that informed me “they never refund money” so they bounced me back to the storage facility who told me they would talk to their boss and call me by mid morning. That never happened. The blame game for destroying personal belongings and products that support your livelihood seems to be their way of doing business. Faulty business practices and no attempt to make it right. Still haven’t heard from a claims agent and the property manager hasn’t reached out either. Stay far away from there if you want to store your belongings where they are safe and support a company that cares about their customers and their customers belongings Next step the Washington State Insurance Commission and the Attorney General.
