Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 6049 N 77th Street, Milwaukee, WI

Stop by the location today and had an amazing experience with Property Manager Shana J. My unit size was incorrect on my reservation and she had the patience to work we on finding the right space size. Thank for the wonderful experience.

I put my things into public storage for a little over 2 to 3 week while my lease was ending on June 30th 2024 in my old apartment building I moved into my new apartment on July 13th 2024 and paid movers to get my things out of storage and move them to my new apartment everything I owed was in that storage unit designer shoes all my clothes designer handbags, all of my furniture, bed electronics TVs everything I owned my first issue with the storage unit is the people they hired to clean the units and touch up the paint around the units used a power washer to wash the outside of the unit and all the water they sprayed got into my unit and I have videos and photos of ever claim I am making and if I could post the videos I would I have it documented with public storage once it was time for me to move into my new apartment I went with to get my things and my storage unit was infested with roaches so I could not take anything with me to my new apartment the movers that I hired refused to touch or move anything due to how disgusting they were they even called the owner of their company and he told them to stop putting my things on their truck and anything of mine that was on their truck to take it off immediately and I have the recorded phone calls and conversations (n I’m not upset with the movers or the owner at all) but public storage and their insurance orange door had me fill out forms indicating everything I own the price of it and if it was in good condition, etc.I filled out 3 to 4 pages of my property and things I own that was in the storage unit. They sent me a check for $250. My things were well over that amount one pair of my shoes alone were more than 250 dollars they didnt even bare minimum give me a refund for the money I did pay for renting the storage unit the time I was there they just didn’t charge me a clean up fee as if that was doing me a favor. I feel completely defeated and this is outrageous that they think that 250 dollars is nearly even enough to cover anything I lost if I could give a 0 star rating I would

We have tried calling, stopping to clean out a storage unit. After a week of leaving messages we finally get a call back in the middle of a Saturday. We scheduled a time with the woman aka scheduling an appointment. First she was nowhere to be seen then she is sitting at the desk. hiding behind a computer ignoring us pounding on the window to get her attention! Rude! Unprofessional! Frustrating! So many other words come to mind not appropriate for a review.

They stole my all my things, personal belongings, my kids belongings!!!!!!! Complete Scam!!!! I am currently taking it to court, please do not store your things here. Fox 6 news is also involved. I will be heard and I want justice served!!!!

This public storage is closed all the time. Manager working max to 1 pm if u will be lucky one maybe someone be inside . Terrible place

I been storing my Vehicles out doors with them since 2007 alot is changing with the increasing rentals prices creeping up every year and to pay on line the $10 fee plus the times are not correct as of the 6th of Dec Google lists them being open till 9pm I drove to 3 location after 7pm and all of them was closed

The young lady, Tae' is really awesome, wonderful problem solver........easy to talk to , great listener..........and shows that she genuinely cares.......and I appreciate that.

They never there. If someone is there they have the doors locked. So if you have any questions or need anything you can’t even ask. People giving 5 stars to one encounter with a employee that doesn’t even work there anymore (or they helped you get settled into a unit, online does that) but if you occasionally come here, you can’t even get in the building or talk to someone yeah it’s one star because they’re not providing a service.

my dad died put belongings in storage they robbed my storage many times do not go here keep upping your rent stealing your belongings then up your rent.i wouldn't trust leaving anything here.

Customer service were very nice and helpful. Decent prices with promos. Great space to move your belongings.
