Friendly service.
Okay now listen. If you need to go to a storage place and you want good customer service this is the place you need to go to. I'm at this wonderful woman named Dorothy and she was amazing. I needed to get my boat put up. She got me in and she got me out. Public storage I recommend that storage on Dean to any and everybody who wants great customer service a nice place to put your items. Go to public storage on Dean and ask for Dorothy. She's going to get you together and I mean she go get you together no problems.

I like Dorothy. But most times nobody is ever in the office. Then I just had an experience being placed on hold and then hanged up on. I pull up the employee is not in the office and nowhere to be found. Lunch time is between 1-12. Very inconvenient
Awesome facility, Dorothy is one of the single most on top of it employees I’ve seen In a while. Great communication and she’s always got a smile on.
The price is fantastic for an outdoor parking space for my boat, however the parking spaces are in shambles and have HUGE divots, dips, and holes in them. I am unable to use my trailer jack to get my boat onto the ball and hitch, and I am also unable to get the trailer jack down to get it off because of how uneven the spot is. They really need to fix ALL the spots! I guess you get what you pay for and that’s why the spots are so cheap per month ($37 before taxes for a 10x20 parking space)

I came into the office with my mother to pay on her storage. Angelica was very helpful, and polite as well as patient with my mother being an older person. She helped with signing her up for autopay so she doesn’t have to worry about being late or coming out the house in the upcoming weather. The office was clean and smelled great. I visited this store yesterday in a bit of a panic and the customer service was absolutely EXCELLENT. Charles I believe his name was and the lady working with him yesterday morning are definitely the ones you NEED to speak with to handle your business they were wonderful. Helpful, fair, all about the customers, compassionate too. I’d recommend this place over and over again just because of how professional these two members of the staff was. Usually I STAYED having to argue with them, but these two they’ve turned my opinion of this particular location around. Thank you for helping me out you guys. I appreciate it.

I’ve been at this location for 3+ years in my same spot paying my bill on time and all of sudden because of new management they want me to move my truck and trailer from one spot to the next and still pay the same amount which makes absolutely no sense. I get it…new management wants to strut their stuff but do with the tenants NOT the ones who have spent years dealing with public storage. NOT PLEASED
Hello! I want to shout out the manager Charles at the public storage on Dean road! He went beyond his title to make me feel comfortable! I opted to select the inside climate control, and thanks to him, I made the right choice. He took me to look at it, explained what each penny would cost me, the best supplies to get to pack, how to lock my storage unit, u name it he did it! Very professional customer service! Didn't flirt with me like many other married mental do! Actually in the office! Wasnt on his phone! An overall great experience! Keep up the good work sir!
