** Update with caveat ** Sierra, the customer service rep at this location made my move out experience flawless. I don't blame her for the results of corporate greed, it is not her fault her corporate bosses want to charge me $472 for a unit they still advertise for less than $200 on their webpage. I added 2 stars back to the review from the original 1 star review because she got punished by her management for something she had no control over. Original review: 1 star rating I used to like this company. Have been a long time renter at this location and once gave it a five star review, but enough is enough. Rents at this location have become insane. $472 a month as of 07/01/2024 for a storage unit. I will be clearing out the unit before the end of June and will not be doing business with Public Storage any longer.

Great experience, I've rented storage units all over the US and this location has been easy peasy. Sierra was helpful and friendly during the renting process.

Downloaded the app (only opens front gate) then sent to access the storage unit doesn’t work. Spent over an hour trying codes from customer service via live chat. The site manager NEVER returned phone calls. Went to another storage facility and had instant access.

Rent went up 30% in first 4 months. This is my 3rd rental and it’s always happened. My one star is for these predatory rate increases, but the workers at the facilities have always been nice and helpful.

Don't let them get their hands in your pocket. Intro price is a scam... The company quietly increases your rental price on while you're auto pay to see how much they can grab before you notice. I guess the company considers itself worthy of 20%+ raise every year! I'll avoid Public Storage like the plague in the future and I'd recommend anyone else to do the same.

Kim was very friendly and kind, explained all the details of renting a storage unit from pricing, rent due date to renting guidelines. After explaining how much I was storing She was even able to suggest the proper size unit. I would definitely recommend her site to anyone looking for a storage place.

Kim freakin’ rocked getting me into my storage. She heard my concerns regarding safety and how much room I needed. Suggest indoor storage and larger (I picked 5x5… she asked if 10x5 might be more comfortable, given my specific wants/needs)…. And damnit! She was right! 😂 I’m so glad she suggested it, because I would have hated moving into the 5x5, just to have to move AGAIN into the 10x5. So she really saved me a LOT of work and headache. I've dealt with a few storage places and I'll tell you it's true what they say; Third time's a charm. This location has definitely renewed my faith in storage. The property manager Kim is as professional as you can get. She really knows her stuff and made the process quick and easy and assured me of all my concerns. 10/10 ⭐'s if I could. My only complaint is she's not there everyday of the week. If you rent here be sure to ask for Kim as she'll definitely make sure you are taken care of.

I've been using this public storage facility for over a year now ,their prices location and service is the best around. ever sinceI've been a renter, I have changed my unit several times. From small to large, back down to small, always without any dilemmas or quarrels . Jennifer at the front desk has always been very polite ,prompt and accommodating to any of my needs. Their self services make everytime I visit a quick and safe expierience , which means alot to me with my busy schedule. when I do have tovisit the office, im always relieved to Jennifer behind the desk , I'm always relieved as I know I'll be taken care of.

I moved to the state in April from across the country and had good experiences with Public Storage in the Midwest, so when I saw this location (close to home, which is convenient) and that they had availability in the size I needed, I decided to give them a try. I thought the price was high, especially for a non climate controlled unit, but was both in a bind and came to realize that these prices were typical for Washington state. I had been planning on relocating to a climate controlled unit due to humidity and mold issues and had a move out date of July 31, 2022. On July 26, 2022 I received a voicemail from property management stating that my unit did not have a lock on it and to call back. I called back with no answer, so we rushed over there. I go to the unit, see there's no lock and open it up to my unit in complete disarray. Boxes opened, clothing thrown all around, dresser drawers (that were full of personal items) open with things hanging out. My mother passed away at the end of 2021 unexpectedly, and a lot of personal belongings, memories, etc were in there as well as several expensive items. I felt violated, angry, hurt and confused as to how or why my unit was targeted. A police report has been filed but who knows if they’ll ever find the person or my items, which I believe are long gone and sold/traded for drugs. It’s also the principle that my privacy was invaded and my things are long gone and what's left feels tarnished. I have lost my peace of mind, I’m beyond stressed and overwhelmed. ***I DO NOT recommend renting from public storage, there are PLENTY of more secure storages in the area with greater security and cameras throughout.*** Picture: “security” fencing around the property. Which I was told by an employee doesn’t do much to deter the criminals.

Went in to pay my bill and update my autopay for a completely different location and I don’t even have my account info. Tony was amazing! Very helpful and got everything fixed for me. If I didn’t hate moving stuff I’d might even consider changing locations because he was so helpful and friendly!!

Poor customer support. We weren't able to move in on our scheduled day because my girlfriend and I had fallen seriously ill with the flu. After talking over the phone with an employee we were told that it was not an issue and we would be able to pickup our key as soon as we were better. Apparently this was not true. Unfortunately, we were told that our spot was given up and that there were no more units available in our required size. After speaking to the manager little support or apology was offered. Would not recommend.

This place is very professional. I originally had a 5x10 ft unit and was worried about not having enough space and the worker at the front desk was able to upgrade me to a 10x10 unit for a small increase in monthly price. Overall very happy with the service. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Don't waste your money with this company. I cannot even begin to tell you how many different issues I had with them. I will say ONE OF THE PROBLEMS though, that they raised my monthly rent by $80 per month, which was more than 1/3 of the total I was already paying!!! They supposedly sent me an email 30 days in advance to notify me of the HUGE increase, but I never did find anything. I paid my usual $260 on time (because I had no idea of the increase) and then they tacked on a $60 late fee! When I called to ask about why it was saying my payment was late, they gave me the run around. I immediately paid the extra $80 increase, but asked for the late fee to be removed. I ended up spending an entire month, and several hours total, calling back (nobody returned calls) trying to get this sorted out! I have never been late but they did not want to work with me. I decided to move out and found a much better company, and much better rate! Again, this is only ONE of the issues I had with them. Steer clear!!
