Carol the lady who was working, was amazing. Her costumer service was top notch and very thoughtful. She was very accommodating and overall just made the experience! Thank you carol!!

Overall pretty terrible experience. Booked the unit because it was advertised as 1st floor, thinking the walking would be minimized. The unit was on the second floor of the building, but there is a door that goes to a landing pad in the alley behind the unit. None of this was explained, so I went through the main gate and couldn't find the unit. Then when I went to the office no one was there and the door was locked. I called and no one picked up, so I left a message. I hunted around for the unit for another ten min until the guy called me back. He told me to come to the office. He explained where to go to get in. Once I got up there, they gave me the wrong kind of lock. After I talked to the guy he got me sorted. That was my initial hour on the property. A few days later I was making a run and just as I suspected, a homeless person had moved in on the pad. It was disgusting and I could unload my stuff. Do not recommend this place.

My storage was broken into and so far no help. They will not show the cameras to me and the police haven’t showed up yet. Be careful at this location. There’s no closet space in this state for real so we have a storage. We went school shopping for our boys and we normally do it over time. All of there stuff was gone. Still no resolution. Will update later!
Update same day: so far I spoke with owner and he helped for this month bill and also I’m filing a claim because I also had insurance. Will update more later.

I had to change this from 5 stars to 1 if I could it would he zero. We had a unit here for over 3 years and every year the rent went up. So much it because too difficult to pay. Now it is about to go to auction and they won't even answer our calls. Its like we've been penalized for being long term cuatomers. I've tried contacting them via phone and online chat multiple times to see what day the auction is and they have not answered.
We had another unit that they sold off at auction for $30 after telling us no one wanted it so we hand a longer chance of paying it off. We could't get into to our unit for $30 but someone else could have our things for that same 30 bucks?
62$ rate increase just because they determined there is a need and they can raise the prices Claros to $100….

I reserved a large storage unit and not only did they charge me $200 more than my reservation price stated, but the first three units I looked at had standing water inside them after the rain. BEWARE OF GETTING WATER DAMAGE and not honoring the prices you're quoted.

Had this storage for about 4 months now and everything is still perfect the way I left it . Even when I accidentally forgot to lock my storage , the workers (Joelle) were able to keep it locked while we were out of town . Everything was still there and the place is super clean . Joelle is amazing helping out with what you need! She’s our go to when we stop by our storage 😁.

Gate is broken and padlocked. I’m not able to access my storage space at 8am on a weekday despite the gate saying I have access between 6a to 9p daily. I attempted to call the property manager but received no call back. I chatted with public storage and they advised there was nothing that could be done. I asked for a credit and, despite saying they’d “submit a request for credit”, they refused to provide proof. Agent then ended the chat without solving my problem or providing any service.

Excuse the profanity, but why the hell did you people lock my unit when I have been making my payments on time.
I do not recommend this company if you need to rent a storage unit. My experience has been sub-par since getting started, to during, to current, as I prepare to terminate my service with them. My biggest issue with them is that they said my unit is improperly locked. I arrived around 5pm to access my unit and they had added a lock without giving me any notification they would be doing so and even though their hours are until 6, nobody was there. I called and nobody answered. I waited about 15 minutes. After I left, the manager, Hope, called me back and said she was at a different location today like it was my problem and was incredibly rude. There have been more issues that I will have to get to at a later time as I don’t have further energy to put into reviewing my poor experience with this company today. Just go elsewhere if you want to be able to access your unit and have reliable service.

It’s not very frequent that I visit the facility. Mostly it’s to just throw stuff into my unit and forget about it.
However, I noticed my rent had gone up and was a little upset at the size of the increase. In hindsight it may have been an over reaction.
I made a trip to the office and was met with the property manager, Hope. She was understanding when I discussed the issue, and instead of telling me to kick rocks, she moved me into a same size unit that was way cheaper than what I would have been paying. And it was only a couple doors down.
We went ahead and scheduled a move in date, and she was nothing but supportive and helpful with my issues and getting them resolved.
I’ve ran into her almost every time I’ve visited the facility, and every time she’s been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend asking for her if you are to visit.

I reserved a storage unit on line and when I got there the unit I reserved was rented out to someone else. I was told that the only other space available cost $200 first months rent no $1 first months rent deal. So I had to go somewhere else. I do advise you to not just reserve the space you want but rent it too. Especially if it's a good deal. You can rent online and it's called a contactless rental. And when your space is available they text you and leave your lock inside the rental space.
I reserved a storage unit 10×10 with only having to pay $1 for the first month and then $111 a month after. Which I honestly thought was a great price. I could not find anything cheaper. My first mistake was believing that if I reserved it and then went to and if paid in person I couldn't mess it up!? Was i wrong!! public storage said if I reserved the storage space then no one could rent it. So when I got there guess what they rented it out. Apparently they did not have any more storage spaces in their facility. Except for one 10×10 (which I reserved) but now trying to charge me $300.,?? how did we go from a dollar first months rent and then $111 a month to $300 a month? What's really going on?? Scam??

I was a customer with this establishment for 3 years, and I must say it was one of the better storage experiences I ever had. The manager Hope, is a godsend and every time I dealt with her she was always courteous and professional. This facility every time I was there I never saw it to be tacky or dirty like most places I've passed by and seen. The rest of the staff has always been courteous and friendly and once again thank you Hope the manager for all the hard work that you do and always treating us like family.
