After just moving into my unit, I just recieved a rent increase of 60 dollars. I am very pissed about this. If I wouldve known they were gonna do this I would've NEVER rented here in the first place. Knowing that we are ALL struggling to make ends meet and this just adds to more stress in my life. I will be looking to take my business elsewhere. Thanks alot public storage, you suck!!
Sharron has been very personable and has been a total pleasure while dealing with my move. The property is very well kept, and i feel i can trust my decision to choose this place to store my stuff! She deserves the 5 stars. The only complaint i have is the gate hours of operation. If it was only extended even an hour later, that would be a tremendous help. People dont get off work till 5 or 6, so how are they supposed to use their unit if they dont have the time to do it by 6 after working all day!! And the weekend hours are an hour earlier! That makes no sense to me whatsoever!! I pray that management takes these reviews into consideration and extends the gate hours just a little bit. 🌞

And when a rent increase was coming I received an email about it over a month in advance. Nice to be notified in advance. They just raised my rent by $100 on my unit without any explanation as to why. They have people move in on discount rates and then they raise the rent every month after that. Now I have to pay almost $400 for one unit when I originally signed up it was a little over $200. Very ridiculous. Not reasonable at all. Will never use them again. Then they get Ms Sharron to try to get good reviews for the place knowing everything behind the scenes is shity. They show you one unit and give you a price and then put you in a smaller unit. They have horrible closing times. Then it takes almost 20 minutes to get out of the gate if you stay even a minute over 6 pm. Just all around bad experience.

However, the hours are just about worthless. They're open 6 am to 6 pm and 6am to 5 pm on the weekends. So if you work grave yards this is the place for you. If you work any other shift it's not. I'm here now as I needed a quick spot for things while transitioning but it's only temporary. If this were a long term thing, I would most certainly go to any other location. Most of them stay open until 9 pm... so they're useful.

One thing I do have an issue with is the fact that the hours of operations does not fit my schedule as I work until 630pm most days and I need more hours to access my units and I hope management fixes this issue as soon as possible

Also i recall one time when I was late getting out of here she was super kind and honest and let me know that she was going to have to know this down but it wasn't that big of a deal and there wasn't going to be a problem about it but if it happened a couple more times should have to notify some higher ups and I understand and I'm sorry about that but she was super cool and understanding and she's also the one that reminded me hey it's past 6:00 you might want to get out of here. Deleted my old 4 star review because they've nearly doubled their prices in just two years. Considering it's in a sketchy neighborhood where people are constantly trying to break in or throw rocks at people's cars...$170/month is way too much for an unsheltered parking spot. That and they apparently let go of Tamara, one of the best managers at a business ive ever seen.
Unhappy with service, unhappy with groundskeeping, the hours are awful... Access is closed at 6pm.. and especially unhappy with the third price increase. Not the one after our sale price expired, not the one after we were paying the "normal after sale" price .. but the next one! From under $200, to $255 to $350+. 10x20. Our new storage has as 10x15 for $200

This company is a disgrace. First my unit gets broken into a while ago, and now I find out the onsite person Tamara was let go. There is literally no reason to continue my storage unit here now I only stayed because of tamara and the amazing customer service she always gave me and anyone else i saw her encounter. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND! Theres several other storage places that even have better rent rates. Save yourself the trouble and avoid public storage at all costs!

I've been using this place since they were built great customer service and clean facility ! Manager is sweet and very helpful goes above and beyond customer service to help! The only thing I don't like is they are open till 6 m-f and 5 on weekends!

Customer service is top notch. The whole property is very well maintained and clean. Sign up process was quick and hassle free, all and all we had a very good experience and would highy these folks to anyone. Again I can't say enough about employees and how helpfull, friendly and honest they were. 10/10

Clean and well kept. That being said, there are a few people who had their units open, and it was filled with junk. I mean, just greasy junk. Also, I have seen several homeless guys with shopping carts placing items into the unit. But, I can't judge. Just what I saw. Other than that, I left my key at home, and they didn't have a master key...smh

Tamara was extremely helpful and knowledgable in getting my new storage unit set up (and the App). I've been in here with my daughter as well. I was so impressed one night when the called to tell her that her unit wasn't locked properly and encouraged her to come back and fix it.

Recently I helped my friend move out of his storage unit. Not even being a customer myself, I was super impressed with the customer service from the manager, Tamara. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. The facility also struck me as being secure and well-run.
Best customer service I have ever had. Moving out of my unit the battery in my truck died while I was parked outside. Tamara, the manager, offered to assist in jumping my car and went above in beyond to help me. Truly great service!

Well like this in the public storage about a year ago as people do desperate for a little storage overflow of things on my three bedroom house so start with other storage and they've been great can't get enough of them can't get enough on so much I went I have a jaguar any place that's my story I'm telling it as it is really appreciate it everything the manager the public storage she's the greatest I'll get the rest peace up
