Deceptive sells tactics just to get your $
No one’s ever at the front desk, no one picks up my calls, but when I call from someone else’s they do.
Not worth your time. Save yourself the time and headache.
PS: I got a unit that is extra secured with another door with a code, but now they keep that door open. They gave me that unit with the plus of more security but like they’re sell tactics, it’s all a lie.
Can’t wait to move my stuff somewhere else.

Sharaine, the property manager, provided me with exceptional assistance when I encountered a problem with my storage unit. Initially, the unit was too small and positioned too high, making it difficult for me to use. Rented a public storage unit at this facility and had to delay my time getting everything moved over to my unit. I went by 3 days to the office, because you require me to go to the office before giving me my door code. And nobody was there and no way to contact anyone other than an automated system. I don’t understand how you can have office hours listed and lights are on but nobody is in. And while I was there today someone was dealing with the same exact issue.
They double charge me for the month of my moving out. Called them 4-5x and no call back. I called customer service and told me they mailed my refund and sent it to the address that was on file that I literally just moved out. This people don't know how to communicate. It wasted my time to figure out how to get my refund also why would they send my refund through mail and not give me a call back??? Ridiculous. Management need to be trained more
I reserved a unit online and have been to the location during the office hours listed three days in a row now with no one there to get us started with our rental. I have also called a total of 10 different times and not once have they answered the phone but they have already charged us for our rental AND all of their other fees.
disgusting place. We won a storage facility here at an auction. We arrived at 10 o’clock in the morning and there was no one there. We waited until 1.30 pm and no one showed up at the workplace. The office was closed all the time. I don't recommend contacting them

I LOVED THE QUALITY OF SERVICE I RECEIVED TODAY FROM THE STAFF HERE ON 1/6/23 at 3pm. Both of the ladies here have shown great customer service, and ensured the accuracy of all information during my transfer from one unit to the next. 10/10 will come back!
The girl working there was very patient with all my questions and stayed late to help me work out the problem I had trying to rent a space in OR.
The hours are not what I expected. I cannot enter the unit after 6pm when other public storages are 9 or 10pm but the staff is awesome.
inexpensive storage but the hours are super limited and there's very little and weird parking. it's especially tough to park if you have any sort of oversized vehicle
Access hours are not competitive and attendant was rude. We just had 12 leftover totes that we brought in a U-Haul at 5:42pm and the attendant assumed the vehicle was full, being very short with us. Turned us away and told us to come back at 6am... We already had a contract and access code. Decided to rent at Lake City Mini Storage a mile down the road, where access hours, customer service, and prices are all better. Would recommend them over this place.
goated experience. Josh clocked in early from his lunch break to help me get set up. i came in and had rented a room but didn’t know any of my information, and he gracefully took care of it all and helped me get my storage unit set up! he was also really cool and we had a great and friendly conversation. would highly recommend! josh had my best interest in mind the whole time.

Terrible business. I booked a unit online and when I went in person to access my unit, the keypad didn't work. There was no manager on site (and this was during business hours), and just a piece of paper that said the building's under construction and sorry for inconvenience.
The least they could do is not allow online bookings or update their hours so people don't waste their time.
Not impressed by my first day here. No access hours posted anywhere and they can't do anything because there office is being renovated.
Also the lot is to small and at an angle so you spend more time keeping the cart from running way then loading your things.
The ladies behind the desk went above and beyond to help me find the perfect unit! They even cleaned it out for me, that was a first! Thank you so much for providing the best public storage visit I have ever experienced!!!!

Kali helped us sooooo much she was the absolute best and was supper helpful. They were so smart and helped us on moving stuff in couldn't ask for a better helper.
Trying to get a dolly cart is like playing the lottery. Many will play but there is only one winner as there is only one cart for the entire complex!
