Super helpful and got the unit on the same day. Lindsay was super nice and even tried to get us a good unit that wasn't a long walk from the elevator. Max made the sign up process very clear.

I want to give these guys one star cuz I see I can't live in these little tiny little storage units that they have which I totally could. I mean like they're basically made for me and they have an electrical outlet right on the outside of where mine is so you can make toast like pretty much that's life right there your place to sleep and make some toast splash your face down with water in the bathroom it's kind of like a shower and you can even pee in the toilet if you still wanted to but you know you can go elsewhere's too I prefer the jug method and just you know do the jug thing

Hands down best storage facility in thurston county. For business & personal use, I’ve stored at 3 other facilities before PS, none compare. I’ve stored here for years now and find the customer service outstanding. This week, Lindsay has been super responsive (called me back in minutes!), listened well to understand what I needed, and was super helpful. Moving and also having to transfer to a bigger storage unit is super stressful and Lindsay helped to lessen the stress so much. She is knowledgeable and funny and light hearted too - which is wonderful during a stressful move. The facility is super clean, comfortable, plenty of carts, competitive pricing, convenient, nice people. Highly recommend PS- stoll road. Thanks Lindsay!!! 🙏🏼☺️

So here is my Third update on this review. I've deleted anything older than this currently because it's under new management. I cannot praise Lyndsey enough for taking my unit down in price by over $50 AND taking my close friends down also and getting her moved to a better access point. I am so thankful for her hard work and clear view of what people need. This storage has gotten my A+ thank you for stepping it up. And I'm so glad the bathrooms will be 24/7 open now too! Having a storage unit here for 3 years, the rent kept going up. It almost doubled in 3 years, but the new units were renting for less than what I paid initially!! I was horrified and seriously considering selling all my furniture, which made me so sad.
I went in to the office to see if I had any options, and the manager Lindsay hooked it up. She got me that same price! Unfortunately, I had to switch units which was silly to swap for an identical one, but I know that comes from corporate and is out of her control. But it was only 3 units down so I just had to move my stuff down the hall! We made it work, and I was SO relieved to be saving money and not have to sell anything!! Super grateful.
Ashley Marie is AMAZING!!! My fiancé, Mariah and I were very impressed with her customer service! She made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in the door. She knows her job well, follows their policies, is assertive when necessary and is an all around awesome person. I have rented a storage unit from here for the last year and also just rented an additional unit yesterday. I encountered Lindsay during that process and was blown away as how pleasant , helpful and professional she was during that process. Secure, clean and well lit. Occasionally there's some questionable characters in the parking lot at night after the office is closed. They seem to stay outside of the gate for the most part. It wouldn't hurt to have a few more push carts either or bathrooms that the upper floor customers are able to access.

If I could rate this place with no stars, I would. Nothing but constant issues, a ridiculous amount of homeless/drug activity and HORRIBLE customer service. My storage room was rummaged through and destroyed, left a mess and most of my property was damaged (as shown in pictures). I filed a complaint and not only did the worker LAUGH while doing so.. the response we got from the ‘big boss’ was “we can’t do anything about it because ‘the jungle’ (a homeless camp) is so close by, we’ve been having to arrest a lot of people because of this ‘issue’.” Not supportive, never offered to replace anything nor looking for any evidence of who did this and when it all happened. I am now choosing to remove all of my belongings and going to another facility that is more secure and not surrounded by “the jungle” and hopefully current and future tenants don’t have to deal with this.
Chariesse was truly informative and helpful and welcoming I could not have asked for better customer service the world needs more customer service personal like this little lady everywhere if I could give a bonus or a raise to a customer service worker she would be first to get one thank you so much Chariesse for being so great at doing your job.

Absolutely predatory business practices. I was quoted a promotional rate for 1 month and then my monthly rent thereafter was to be another rate. After 6 months at the rate which I agreed to per my rental agreement, my rent was increased by 150% (for the smallest unit available), without notifying me (or updating the rental agreement) - a practice which is allowed by their terms and conditions and also doesn't require them to notify you for rent increases. They supposedly sent me one rent increase notification by mail which (surprisingly!) I never received; and according to the live agent, I had email rent notifications turned off - an option which I never made.
Regardless, the corporate greed and deceptive bait-and-switch tactics are absolutely reprehensible and I will be looking for alternative storage options immediately.

A special shout out to Kayla and Lindsay for all of their awesome help in getting me two storage units secured at this location.
They both went out of their well to help me figure out my needs, while in both CA and WA, and to secure the units that would best meet my needs, while also ensuring I could get the online discounted price. They were super friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. Quite honestly, it was the best customer service I have experienced in years, bar none.
I also wanted to give a special shout out to Jessica and Kim who also helped me along the way. They, too, were super helpful and made the whole experience pleasant.

This facility is newer and in great condition. The units and entire site are also well maintained.

Security is top notch and the people are friendly they have carts and I mean carts not your tiny ones either private quiet and affordable downdraw needs bathrooms on all floors
This facility is kept clean and tidy as well as secure which puts me at ease. The staff (Kayla, Lindsay and Kim) do a great job with upkeep and customer service! Thank you for your hard work team! There are some major issues that could easily be addressed which the staff on site can only wait for corporate to help the customers with so here they are... Pay attention please!
There should be a room that the carts and dolly's could be accessed by all customers of your facility instead of hoping we can get one left out for us.
The bathroom is only accessible if you are on the 2nd floor and should be by the loading dock with key pad access to customers as well.

They are ok very “by the book”. They will send you slightly threatening emails if you leave the facility after they have technicality closed . Apparently Leaving after close is prohibitive. you need to punch in your code to leave. The facility has sort of a Big brother vibe to it. There are good move in deals that seem to be available. The price is not guaranteed however and is subject to change within 30 days after your initial purchase.

I never do a 5 star review for any business.. that said I am giving this facility a 5* thanks to a incredible worker and assistant gm. She was patient and went out of her way to accommodate my request even though I wasn’t planning on renting. THANK YOU KAYLA E for all your hard work and for going above and beyond for people.
I walked in and Kayla was amazing she understood in assisted me with expectations that blew my mind. The place is clean and well protected I recommend anybody going to public storage thanks Kayla you rock
Kayla helped me with all my problems and was the sweetest, and funniest person. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had because of her. I had doubts after my terrible phone call with their main customer service line, but Kayla made all of my doubts go away. Seriously, if you need anything from this place, have Kayla help you. Do not call the main customer service line. They just try to sell you on it, while huffing and puffing about all your questions.

I was hesitant to rent from PS as I had a bad time with them in Utah. They were the closest so I gave them a shot. Lindsay was AMAZING. Quick, funny and professional all in one. PS needs to clone her and they would dominate. I will recommend PS to everyone now.

The lady at the counter was really awesome she knew the place inside and out and she had a great sense of humor..I rented a unit that night and it's a few miles away from my house and two other closer storage places. So you know she had to be great and the. Prices just as good

This is the WORST run PS facility I have used. They never have any hand carts available, the onsite rep is never around as you have to contact them to get one. They will constantly raise your rates about every 6 - 12 months.
PS- I don't want to hear a reply from the owner/mgmt regarding that they are sorry about my experience. Try remedying the complaint situation. PS has enough $$ to purchase new carts!
Garage you pay monthly yet they lock you out as if you don't don't get storage here
Not enough transport carts for customers. Have to carry one box at a time to the third floor.

Was helping a friend move from another city and it was completely overwhelmed and lost. But I tell you I had the most patient and enjoyable employee help me. Kayla was amazing. Took her time going over everything and making this entire transition easier for everyone involved. She is certainly an asset. I can not thank her or praise her enough. This facility has a total of two carts!!! The reason given by Public Storage is that the nearby homeless have stolen all the carts. Well maybe so but I do believe Public Storage can afford to replace them and secure them in the building. I have been using this storage facility for three months and the situation has not improved only has gotten worse. New facility so a shame it’s such a hassle to access my storage items. I do not recommend doing business there.

We have had a unit since Aug 2020. We moved out only because we have moved to a larger apartment and no longer need storage. Facility is clean and staff has always been helpful. I would recommend.

Way to multitask and be professional Kim you make this storage place wonderful. As for the storage place itself please get 2nd and 3rd floors access to use restrooms!!!;0) i wish they could correct and forgive cc $30 late fee.

The elevator has been broken more than not, I was charged for a month of rent that hasn't been refunded yet even though it wasn't due, the employees are not fun to deal with...if you can ever find one to talk to. Annnnd the amount of homeless people in and out of the property never instills a sense of confidence in the security of your items or the property.
Their prices are extremely high and they never told us our rent would go up less than 6 months after getting our unit but should have know from the reviews we saw . If you were to ask I probably would say STAY AWAY they lie for that olmighty Dollar .

Location people are great , having to deal with corporate office is ridiculous. 5 late fee notices one day 2 by email 3 text have auto pay they didn’t try to use my card on file- per my credit card company. Then dared charge me $20 to pay by phone using the same credit card that was supposedly no good! I say good racket.

Went to Public Storage on 2/20/22 to rent a unit we had reserved a few days prior. Kayla was so helpful and friendly! She showed us the unit we had reserved (which was comically too small to fit everything we needed to store) and she helped us find a larger unit. She walked us around the building and told us everything we could possibly need to know about renting a unit from Public Storage. What could have probably been a dreaded task actually turned out to be one of the highlights of our day! The facility was clean, quiet, and functional. Would absolutely recommend this place for those reasons and the wonderful customer service. Thank you Kayla!

Clean, inexpensive and safe. My only suggestion is to figure out a way for customers to check out the large carts you used to have available for customers. For those of us with disabilities, those carts are a life saver! We have a dolly but, it doesn't cut it. I'm remove a star for this reason.
