The team was there for me through the whole move and I did have a few issues. I couldn’t get the code right for whatever reason so they changed it for me to something easier. And then I had my own lock so they went ahead and refunded me for the lock That I didn’t have to use. They were very attentive, even though there are kiosk out front, I still got plenty of customer service. Thank you so much public storage staff!

I used the kiosk and the person on the other end was very helpful. The whole experience was easy and smooth thanks to the app. Sue called me 2 days later to see how my experience was, which I found very thoughtful.

Had an absolute nightmare with this business. I give it a 3* for the exceptional efforts of Lindsey who did try to help me before transferring to another site. But the rest of my experience was horrific--receiving threatening emails/phone messages that my storage would be closed if I didn't come with a new lock--this before I even moved in. I then became ill and was unable to go and put my items in storage and they arbitrarily closed my account. I never did get to use my storage. SMH.

I highly recommend this location for their friendly customer service and cleanliness of the units. The unit I have is temperature controlled and I have not experienced any moisture issues or encountered any rodents in my unit. This is my second time being a customer with them and Sue has been so welcoming and kind, she has been one person I love interacting with and always has a smile on her face when she greets me. She comes around to check on the units before dark which helps me feel safer about being there alone getting any last minute things for the day. I would not want to store my things anywhere else and greatly appreciate her customer service. I also love the ability to go in there bright and early at 6am if needed and have the ability to leave just before 9pm. The app will tell you if you are late to leaving before 9pm so I have found that there is definitely a priority of safety with this storage facility. Again, I highly recommend this business for storage of items you want kept safe, dry and if you are someone who is decluttering your life, you can also downsize your unit at any time if needed! THANKS SUE!!!!

First, the facility was nice, clean and with the app easy to access. They have a kiosk inside if you need help and you actually get a live person on video to help you. The problem with Public Storage is they increase your monthly rate constantly. We started at $115 a month and if we stayed our next payment would be $228. All of that in one year. We are leaving because of the constant price hikes. That is over 100% increase in rate. Buyer beware. If you call them and discuss the rate increase they may take a little off the increase but they will still increase the rate. Who wants to deal with that all the time.

The woman that runs that location does not care about her customers, and it shows.

It really makes things so much easier being able to control the gate on ur own phone w/an App. Instead of entering a gate code manually thru the system outside(which is also still available as another option if needed). I also really like the pay online option you guys offer and that all ur units are on ground level and security cameras are provided. My only complaint(that brings my ⭐️-Rating from 5⭐️’s down to 3⭐️’s) is that you don’t offer 24hr access to the units. To me, that’s a deal breaker. Because I want access to MY own personal belongings WHENEVER I choose/need too!‼️ I’m sure I’m not the only one w/this being the deciding factor for having to find a different location. I now gladly rent from Northwest Self Storage. Which is located just maybe 1 mile away, on the same road(Martin Way).🤷🏻‍♀️ ☑️They offer 24hr access! = 5️⃣⭐️’s :) *[Might be something to consider if more business is pertinent.]

If wish I could leave NO stars. I will never use Public storage again. Nor will I recommend to anyone. The place is disgusting. Dirty! Rat dirt. No dollies available for move out. Customer service is lacking. No agent present but yet hardly anyone answers the phone when you need help. Autopay works for the first month then mysteriously takes you off of autopay to get messages your bill is past due. Go in app to re-set up autopay. Following month happens again.

Sue saved me a massive headache, and i appreciate her going the extra mile to make sure i was taken care of.

Rats and no 24 hour access, rates randomly jacked , customer service is rude af but office girls try there best to fix these valid reasons to move the next street over. thanks Liz and sue

Liz and Sue are awesome which is the only reason I'm giving this Jawa infested scrap heap 5 stars. customer service on the phone needs to have additudes adjust via electrical high voltage discharge to there no no touch. No twenty four hour access despite the thing being accessible via an outside pad and having security cameras all around and wired up.. Apparently the security doesn't do their job because the gates have been cut for remote times and nobody has been shot and are tasered. And they make it so we put a property in other credit requests the very same month. I got the unit they jacked the rate up almost 30% now the next month.

The units ability to have an app for entries and communication was hands down top notch.

Big rat problem!!!

There was no one in the office at this location has to go down the street to the other public storage. There were no carts trying to move in the one side had Ann exit but could not use it. Hard to turn around

Been at this storage facility for 3 years.. at first it was great went back to check on belongings and it’s a total lost for rat infestation!!! This location is HORRIBLE!!! I lost everything but still payed monthly. Staff said they would get ahold of me but I needed to go through insurance. Horrible Horrible Horrible place would never get a unit again!!! Worst ever … losing life belongs is hard then it being this way RAT INFESTATION SMDH… don’t have words but please think before renting at this location.

Sue was great, she helped us transfer to another unit when there was a problem with the first one and she made it super convenient and it took no time at all.

We came in and Sue was very warm and welcoming as soon as we came in. The place is very clean and well kept. Storage unit is close by and ground flooring so it is easily accessible. The gate opener is very cool and used by their app! We were both very pleased with the storage unit and how well kept it is and the location. Thank you very much for your business:) A+++ recommended

Sue was such a big help. I got confused and thought I lost my storage space but then she was able to get me into an even bigger space with no problems and no extra fees. Thank you again
