UPDATE: The customer service at this particular location is thru the roof amazing! Seriously, Peter is the best! He went out of his way, after they had already closed mind you, to help me jump my car battery, and was beyond cool about it. I would give this place a hundred stars! Definitely recommend this location for all things storage!

Peter was very helpful. We have had a unit at this location for 3 yrs. In a recent visit we missed locking our unit correctly. Peter does regular inspections and noticed our lock was not set. He put an over lock on and contacted us immediately. He also helped with break in our rates and gave us some great guidance on ways to save some money. Wonderful customer service!

I had the same problems as Leslie B….rat infestation, rat droppings and urine everywhere, ruining a bunch of my things, dead rats….rate jacked up from $115 to $384 over the course of my rental….promise of rate decrease that actually became an increase….management giving lame excuses that they only do what the computers tell them to. I be actually called the office anonymously for the rate on my sized unit and was told it was $215! But, their SkyNet system told them to charge me $384. See attached pictures for rat evidence. Don’t rent here, at least not until humans actually start managing the place and the health department shuts it down to get rid of the rats.
Nicole was very nice and such a hard worker. but the lady over the phone was absolutely atrocious. She showed no manners and spelled my name incorrectly then had the nerve to get an attitude when I tried to correct her. She left out the insurance fee otp and tried to take down my card information and charge me, saying it was only ( $70) without even telling me insurance is mandatory (another $170) Do not trust calling over the phone to that evil lady. Go right in to speak with Nicole and she'll set ya right.

I definitely recommend this location! I totally forgot to get his name but the guy who helped us out was very helpful, explained everything in detail and was very patient with us even after we had so many questions. He explained to us everything we needed to know of how to get around the storage. And he even showed us how to use the app. I left feeling very confident about my new storage unit.
I had a massive rat infestation in my unit with holes chewed through next unit’s walls into my unit and found massive amounts of rat droppings and urine all over my stuff. Moved stuff around and found living and dead rats everywhere. Also, don’t let their ‘low rates’ fool you either. My rate started at $115/month but ballooned to almost $400/month over the course of my rental. Plus, they raised my tent twice when I was told my rate would be decreased! When I asked about this, site and district manager both told me that it was due to their system’s algorithm determining my rate. They don’t bait the rats, but they definitely bait and switch everyone who rents there. The place is a corrupt public health hazard.

We’ve had a rental here for 5 or 6 months now and it’s been perfect. The units are amazing and the service has been even better. Peter is awesome and helped us with everything we’ve needed.

Madison was incredibly helpful answering our questions and guiding us through the process of setting up a storage unit. So originally we had a positive experience and I rated this place a five star. Soon after renting our space, there was almost NEVER anyone in the office. So much for a staffed facility! Additionally, after meeting my "storage neighbors" and learning of their anger regarding a "rat infestation", I discovered that our storage had a rat infestation, too. This is disgusting and totally unacceptable. As we cleared out our storage today, I saw at least 3 rats scurrying about. I will not be using Public Storage ever again. This was an awful experience and I DO NOT recommend!

Always have great experiences with this location. Never had any storage the 3 times we have used them broken into. We have had to move two times and put all of our belongings into storage. Then this last time was an over fill from our apartment. We always received courtesy calls when late. Always nice and courteous. Will rent here again if needed.

terrible place staff and environment period. False agreements are treated like so what.... hmmm also the false agreement won't be fixed and that's that huh.... Can we fix this issue because I've been a loyal customer and I really want to remain one. Staff simply replys in a sarcastic way of say no. Misunderstandings should be handled by a manager and also corrected by a Manager. If the customer pays then the manger should make ways to deescalating the situation not the opposite. I find this location rather insensitive to those who seek units for extra space because life is rough or not. Service is not exceptional at all. These units are named public storage but don't treat the public right who chooses to storage stuff and pay. I'm Past a sorry at this point just to save my dignity. SMH headache company right off of pacific highway. steer clear!

I do not recommend. If you rent here, bring a broom, and leave it in your unit. Also, have multiple de-humidifying products and expect no accountability for any wrong doing by staff...Oh, and prepare for big rats!
I arrived to my unit to discover that they power-washed the exterior and the dirty water came into my unity and damaged my art, electronics, and furniture. When I contacted the manager, she said a notice was sent out by mail to cover all of your belongings, I did not receive this notice. There is a moisture problem in the units prior to this. I have 3 de-humidifying products in there that are completely full less then 2 months after moving in. Now, imagine what is happening with that moisture now that everything is wet and dirty. I had to sweep when I moved in, the ground is covered in dirt in debris now.There is also an extreme rat problem. I am moving immediately.

Today, 3/18/22 I was moving stuff out of my storage unit and I cut my finger horribly bad. The site manager, Mary, just happened to be walking by to see what happened. Out of concern, she ran to the office and brought back a first aid kit, and rendered first aid to my injury.
