Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 10528 SE 256th Street, Kent, WA

This place does NOT deserve a star! 🚫⭐️ At this Public Storage location I do ask, Please Do Not Store Your Personal Stuff Here, Your Stuff Will Be Stolen!!! The reson is that when you get a unit, it will get broken into and your things will be STOLEN!!! I had my unit broken into twice! My LG TV, queen size bed with box spring and frame, love seat couch, my safe, two samurai swords, Akuma fishing pole for river fishing, my U.S. Army duffel bag that I had my clothes in, my best pool cue for Billiards are among the things that are stolen. Plus, the thieves ripped open my boxes of my stuff and ransacked through them. Broke a few picture frames and damaged some collective pictures! The security system there is non-existent. The only security is a gate that you need a entery code to get in and out. No security cameras and or CCTV inside the building of the storage units. Just the outside lot area. The staff are not helpful at all when it comes to matters like this. Their, "sucks to be you", attitude is insulting! They just don't care! File a police report, but that won't get my stuff back. File an insurance claim, that will take months to a year or so and still won't get the value of my stuff that was stolen. And plus, the mental violation of a stranger that touched and took your personal property is going to be with me through out my life! The best thing I did was move what ever I had left to a better storage company and location and except my losses and move on. The amount of money I spent on that unit's rent to have it broken into twice and have over half my stuff stolen and damaged makes me sick! Publis Storage is a monopoly that only cares about the rent money, not the customers!

I visited several facilities before renting a unit in this location. The facility is maintained in a great condition, both exterior and interior. Everything looks very clean. And a big thanks to Audra. She is friendly and professional. And quick in responding any questions. Excellent customer service.

Audra at the front desk was great, I ended up needing a second storage unit and she quickly got me into another unit on the same day. She was friendly and very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to store my stuff here again in the future!

Big white lady who was working was extremely rude. I was just trying to ask if I can transfer public Storage locations. I didn't get an answer but no need, I won't use this location or any other storage location like this. Can find more reasonably priced and better customer service elsewhere.

Worst storage place and horrible customer service. Hidden fees. And rude workers on both my move-in day and move-out day.

I hurt my back but I needed to change my storage I went in to see if there was any movers or someone that could help move my stuff to my new storage. There wasn't any movers but the young lady working was able to find a storage right next to the one I had so it made the move very easy and this old man didn't need to hire a moving company. My back and wallet thanks you Andra.

I came in to this location not knowing the office doesn't open until 9:30. The manager was very nice and I felt bad for waking her up. She was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. I wasn't going to use public storage but I definitely got a change of heart now.

BEST Public Storage in the entire Seattle-Tacoma Metro Area!!! Excellent, friendly, fast & efficient customer service - Raya is a ROCKSTAR! I've been a customer since 2019 & if/when an issue arises, Raya resolves the problem in less than 24 hours (typically same-day). Conveniently located, great security with clean bathroom that always has TP. :) If you need a storage unit, I HIGHLY recommend this location.

Raya is professional and efficient because she does twice as more work as other employees. Additionally, she knows what customers' Needs and handle effectively & efficiently. All we have busy life, so this efficiency helps us. I moved to 10/1/22; however, due to unprofessional service from another employee, it was inconvenient & tried to move another storage. Raya OMG! She is so fantastic a GREAT helper. I came to her property to rent a 12x35 size unit and she didn’t have any. She immediately found one on the computer at another location, which I rented. I drove there and no one was in the office. Thank GOD! Raya gave me her business card and she answered right away! She walked me through everything and I still didn’t understand so she had me come back to assist me in person. I was so pleased I rented 2 units this same day. I’m really happy with your customer service and how sweet of a person you are Raya. Thank you!!!
