Where do I start this place is a arm pit of storages and TONY! is the stank that comes off it. IM NOT JOKING! I've been profiled discriminated and disrespected from being locked out multiple times for leaving 5 minutes ,literally 5 min after hours, to being accused of theft and found not guilty with no apology. I've been harassed by Tony and asked (why do I go to my storage so often) and if my truck leaks one more drop of oil I will be kicked out! All the rodent reviews are true. NO FACILITIES WHAT SO EVER SO GO BEFORE YOU COME ! no climate control. This place charges way to much. I will never rent there again. In fact it should be torn down and rebuilt under new management. Not happy can go on forever ....

Where do I start, the manager here Tony Amazing very informed, I can ask anything he can't answer because he has answered every question I've thrown at him and always gives me updates on what's going for my storage and promos situations and all that. I mean yes my storage got broken into but as soon as they knew, I knew thanks to him and making sure everything was reported and since I pay my insurance everything was covered. Best customer service I've ever had with public storage this dude should be there mascot.ao thanks public storage for hiring him and please he always goes beyond for us and your company he deserves employee of public storage all the way around. If it wasn't for him I probably would have moved on from public storage but due to him being the guy he is its the reason iim gibing this review 5/5 stars.

This review is on the property owners. The people who work here have been nice and attentive the few times we've had to speak. Since my original review (below) I have had to bring this down from 5 stars to 1 star. This property is infested with rodents and any outdoor storage units will be trashed by them. I guess that's my fault for going outdoor in an environment like Western WA and reviewing it before Wintertime, call this native Arizonan a fool. But, the thing about this place that is horrible is that it has had two substantial price hikes in a year with no value returned to renters. Outdoor access 10x20 went from $300 to $350 just in time for xmas 2022, and then to $400 in September 2023. The property owners are double dipping because they had lots of cell phone tower installation activity this year and make money from that while not giving anyone notice that their storage would be inaccessible with the construction. Their late fees are $80. $80!!!! Good luck if you're a single parent trying to get back into an apartment rental and you have your stuff here as you navigate this dystopian nightmare of an economy. They painted the doors and walls and took months to renumber the doors. They don't provide any dumpster access to customers. They don't replace old rodent traps. The grounds are clean, but hell that was my favorite part of working property maintenance in the past. I've worked in property management for years, and you can tell whoever owns this place has never had to rent their own storage in the past. I hope the cancerous behavior comes back to them somehow. WOW!!! TONY!!! I just met him today! WHAT A BLAST!!! It was actually fun to pay my bill. He listened to ALL of my COMPLAINTS, took them past his ears, and then into proactive manifest ACTION!!!!!!! WHAT AN INCREDIBLE BOOST TO MY DIFFICULT DAYS!!! HE IS A KEEPER!!!!!!!

The rent was raised by almost $100 for a large storage unit ($330) and I couldn’t bring the majority of my stuff with me, it was covered in rat urine and poop. The rats chewed my crib, parts to another bed and peed and pooped everywhere including chewing their way into a box of baby items. The gap that is left between the ground and the door also allow moisture to come into my unit and most things even those nicely boxed and taped shyly were damp and ruined and everything was also covered in cotton from the cotton that was in the air in spring. There were spider and spider eggs all over the unit as well. I would suggest ANYWHERE over this location.

If I could give this place negative 1 million stars I would! The only reason why there's one star is because I couldn't leave a review unless I gave them one star. My family rented a unit from this facility we had the unit for 2 months, I showed up to pay the monthly fee on February 29th (yes it's leap year).I admit I was late making the payment, I was told I had until the first of March to make my payment. I had the total amount due, including the late fee. What do I see when I get out of my vehicle, strangers loading all of my family's belongings! These people auctioned our unit off one day early and I lost all of my children's baby photos, important documents, family heirlooms, Irreplaceable items! All because the people at this Public Storage facility auctioned my unit a day early because they are heartless idiots February has 29 days when it is leap year not 28!! They auctioned it early that morning on the 29th of February. I was told my unit would not be auctioned if I paid the balance in full before March 1, I was there at 10:30am on February 29! This place sucks their rude all the time and they will sell your unit out from underneath you and not even warn you about it! Do not use this facility please and there rats everywhere I'm not exaggerating there are so many rats! It was raining outside one day when I went into the building to get something out of the unit all you could hear was rats. It felt like the whole building was moving, like the walls were made of rats! I ran out of there so fast it was disgusting! This was why my rental fee was late, I wasn't going to pay them to allow rats to eat and destroy all our belongings. I was ready to move our belongings to the new storage facility I rented when they auctioned my unit without notification of any kind! I lost money paying for the new storage space also because I no longer need a storage unit because I don't have anything left to store. These people have no heart, they will literally sell your childhood memories and your children's childhood memories too. As well as family heirlooms that have no value to someone else but are priceless to you just so they can make a quick buck. My husband and I have 3 teenage children we had the storage unit because we were trying to find the perfect new home, we didn't find it before out lease was up so we are staying with family until we find the house that fits our family perfectly. We have one small (carry-on size) suitcase each, it is all because the people who work at this location gave all of our belongings to strangers! Then told us the auction sales are all final and there was nothing they could do to help us. The couple that bought it were there I saw them take my children's childhood keepsakes and memories and load them in their truck. I tried talking to the couple that bought it and the public storage employee called the police on me. I just wanted to offer to pay them for the stuff they were going to throw away, my family photos 😟 Please don't make the same mistake we did and trust that your belongings are safe at this public storage location because they are not safe and secure at all!!!

Good location for what I needed, the office was spotless and the grounds were in good order and clean. Tony, whom I read reviews about, was an excellent customer service representative and made the ordeal of starting the rent process very easy and pleasant.

I have no bank accounts. I'm a street entertainer. Cash in hand, and usually at the last minute. No one at the location to take my cash, nor the cash from the other people that were waiting around for someone to make the payment to. I rent a room in a house with a yard for $490. My storage is $570. It doesn't get easier... Every year, the storage gose up. Eventually, Tony is here to work with me, now that I'm two hours late getting out to make a living. I don't blame him if they won't let him put up a message near the door that tells us when they expect to return. As my income is unique and variable and cash, we have worked out how to communicate when this happens. It won't change the amount of cash I earn, I had one day off in July because I had to. It should help avoid a late fee that I cannot afford. The fourth star is for Tony.

The rent just went up from $156 to $198. There are rats living in the bait trap we have to use as a door stop, never any carts to use in the almost 2 years I have been here, the Pins to the hinges on my unit were removed like someone tried to take the door off and no footage for the camera was available??. And yet they want to charge more. I would not recommend this place.

I would recommend staying far away from here. They have a big rat issues and the response I got from office attendant was basically "yes we know we are bringing terminx out every so often" As you can see from so many other reviews this is not am isolated incident and they are obviously not caring about it since you see similar reviews over time. I wish I had read the reviews before I ever moved in.

Absolutely amazing place for a storage. Tony is awesome and super nice and helpful I moved from out of state and he made the experience very easy. Sad to say sorry but definitely recommend this storage place from all the places near by 👍🏽

You've got to be kidding me. I wouldn't recommend this place unless ya like rodents. There are rats in my storage unit building I've repeatedly asked for a different unit and a different building same size and I do that for a couple months in a row but I kept getting told that there are no other your name and this is just crazy because I didn't have rats in my boxes and totes when I moved into this but now I have holes in my boxes and teeth marks on my totes and on my coolers and there is no food no chemicals in my storage unit at all so nothing really attracting these are at so I don't know what else to do I have gone in and repeatedly cleaned off all of my boxes and totes and replaced the ones that are broken down and chewed through and it just keeps happening because they are rats in my storage and nobody's acting right after I see tracks around but that doesn't do anything if they're in my storage so I think I need to look for a nice fridge company to work with.

Had a storage unit here for years, provided exactly what i needed and kept all my stuff stored. If any issues or problems arose, the staff was quick to inform me and resolve the issue. Would definitely rent out storage unit again.
