I have had to use storage in San Diego, CA, Bellevue, Bothell and now kent. Of all of the facillities I have used this one is HANDS DOWN the best one I have used. Very clean, and the staff is more than helpful and accomadates your every need. Janet was a great help and the nicest facilities manager I have had to work with. If you are looking for a safe, clean, affordable spot for storage come here. I live in Enumclaw and it is worth the hour drive.
Been going here a couple years now and they have the best customer service I've been apart of sa far. The way they care for customers is beyond what any company has done for me in the past. Definitely staying here
Break in and theft. The security here is theatre. The quality of cameras is inferior. Theives came under the fence. Broke out truck glass. Broke camper lock and stole multiple thousands of dollars of gear. And of course Public Storage like corporate america, has no responsibility.
On the positive side Janet the manager is very nice. Public Storage does not deserve her.

Customer service was great. Joelle was very helpful with reminding us of our appointment and showing us around the property. Also, she gave us a variety of options to choose from and helped us get the best price available.
The property is in a busy area and a weird location but I’m sure it’s part of the reason why it’s so secluded at the same time. Joelle mentioned that they haven’t had any reported break ins or damage to any of the tenants property. So, as a first time renter at this location, that gave me a peace of mind about security.

There was a mishap with cancellation on the original storage I was assigned and the one I wanted. Janet was able to contact me and save me money before I was going to be double charged unnecessary fees for a unit I will not be using. I really appreciate Janet for calling to confirm the arrangements that I wanted out of my storage experience. Thank again Janet.

The customer service is always helpful and has a very friendly vibe. Natasha will work with you about any issues you might have with your account.
I had some trouble with my car and she was there the whole time doing what she could to help even though she didn't have to.
I really felt like someone cared about me and my stuff being safe and not just my rent money being paid throughout the entire time I rented there and my interactions with management.

I found this place online as I needed parking for my boat. Got an online special and parking is great and decent. Janet helped me and provided me all the details and showed me the parking spaces available. I give 5 stars for Janet as she was so nice and great customer service from her. But I’ll give 3 stars due to the access hours. I wish we can access this place early morning and late during the evening. Other Public Storage access starts from 6am to 9pm. I’m not sure why this one only has access hours from 930Am to 6pm (5pm on weekends).

I stored my car for 10 months at this location. The move in and move out was super smooth.
I came back to my car being dead, and Lindsy was nice enough to lend me her personal jumper cables. She was very kind and helpful. Me and my friend also had a chance to meet Lindsy's puppy as well, which brightened our day.
Overall a good experience. The only thing I'd suggest is to put liners under the gravel to prevent weeds, for long renters such as myself, but that wasn't really an issue tbh.

Every time I come here nobody seems to be at the counter. And it’s always within office hours. They have one cart but it’s locked up so only time someone can use it is when someone is in office to get it.

I wasn't sure if I should put three or five stars for this company. My boyfriend has a unit here and he recently moved to Port Townsend to be closer to me. We planned to go pick up his stuff knowing that the location closed at nine we had dinner with his parents and came at seven only to find out the hours had changed to six o clock closing time. We checked at his old address and no one had notified him there, in email and never had there been a phone call about it. So we came home and planned another trip. That trip turned out bad because of car issues and so we replanned the trip again when he got off of work. We left immediately, which was two o clock. Being a two hour drive during heavy traffic it should not have been a problem. This time it took three hours and we made it one minute before closing and we got in just in time. The stuff he needed was important for his new job and we couldn't afford for him to lose the job because we were already behind due to car repairs, moving and a hoping in employment. The amount of stress we went through that day was insane and when we contacted customer service thinking we would be late the agents (two separate calls) were more than rude. They were disrespectful and it felt like they thought we were beneath them. The front desk clerk Lindsy on the other hand was very polite, helpful, knowledgeable of the products, services, rules, and guidelines. That was a terrible day and I was on the verge of a breakdown. If it weren't for Lindsy, I am sure that meltdown would've been a real thing. So thank you Lindsy for treating us like humans and being kind. Sometimes that's all it takes.

Had an online reservation to move-in, and was told to go in to finalize this. Went in on Sunday at 2:30 PM to find no one there and all doors were locked. Keep in mind the hours state 9:30 AM - 5 PM. Called the number listed on the door, no answer. Called the corporate number, was told they were reaching out to the property manager & they placed me on hold for 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes, no word from anyone but instead I was transferred to the number I had originally called instead & was sent to voicemail. EXTREMELY unprofessional business practices & now I know why they offer cheaper prices than other storage facilities. You get what you pay for.

Quite possibly the worst business I have dealt with in past 50 years. Stored my car in their “secure” lot. After just over a month it was broken into, driver’s side window shattered & catalytic converter ripped from engine. Still sorting it out, but thousands of dollars damage. Staff couldn’t have cared less. I asked if there were other break-ins, but they said they could not discuss that with me (but I did overhear them on phone with another customer telling them they needed to file a police report). I asked what they could do for me, they referred me to their customer call center. I asked if I could see the security video since local cops won’t come unless there is a witness or someone on film, but was told no. I still need to store the vehicle but was unwilling to do so outside on their lot, so I asked if I could rent a 10x20 inside space & transfer the remaining rent I had paid towards the new space. The car was damaged on May 1, same day they charged me for the entire month of May. They said no, I could rent a new space but not transfer the rent payment just made. That was a breaking point & I blew up & started swearing. The guy behind the counter became very aggressive & told me to get off the property or he would call the cops. I cannot rate this business low enough!!!!

She does a good job of representing more than just a storage facility. Great storage but keep in mind the rent will go up a few months after you move in. It's there thing...mine was 255 now its 325..pretty good jump.
