I’m not giving public storage a 5 star (they have a rat problem) but I am giving Michelle a 5 star. She’s been the best property manager since I’ve been here. Highly recommend her customer service.

Worse place ever!!! They agreed with me for one year for a price, and 3 months later they increased the prices by 70$ per month without saying anything. I called and they said they don't have any contract and will not do anything. But I do remember agreeing with the price for one year with the lady on the phone. Anyway... find another place, they are just awful

Than they raised my rent from $164 to 215 and now charging me $254. Who can afford these increases. In 3 to 5 years it will be over $654 at this rate who can afford this. I understand $10-$20 raise but $100 raise is ridiculous. You called to talk to them and they’re rude.

Really great space and very affordable. Tye property manager, Michelle is wonderful. Before going on a trip, we had stored our entire stuff here. However we had forgot to lock our space. She quickly reached out next day and pointed out our shutter wasn’t locked. since we were on a trip, she took the initiative to use one of the public storage locks and gave us the keys once we were back. I am utterly grateful for her.

Michelle is always helpful and amazing! Every time we are there she checks in with us to make sure we have everything we need. I always see her cleaning and taking care of the grounds. The area around doesn’t seem like the safest place to be, but Michelle makes this place feel a lot safer because she’s perfectly attentive.

Been with this storage since 2015. Starting rental a 10x15 for little under 200. Think it was 154. Can't recall exactly. But 8 years later, they raised it all the way up to 351 a month over time. No renovations. When they found out that I was moving out, then they offered us a lower rate. Should've offered that long ago or not raised it so high. Definitely, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! GO RENT ELSEWHERE!

Raised my rent 100$ for no reason I only had this storage for like 6 months. I’m really upset it’s completely unnecessary. They have your things you have no choice in the matter I obviously signed the agreement. Can’t wait to get my stuff moved again!!

My lease was terminated. I had until July 5th to move out soI moved out of my unit on July 2nd and they charged me for the whole month of July. I would never recommend this place. I give them -5 star rating. This is a company that will rip you off!
Did 1st months rental check in online. Showed up the morning of move in at rental office during office hours as required to get gate code and padlock. Property person watched us drive up to office and promptly left the property before we could even speak to her. We waited almost an hour calling and leaving two messages trying to figure out when she was coming back. No response. Called Public Storage call center to find out what was going on and was spoken to in a condescending manner. Told " In a perfect world, that someone would always be there during office hours". Had to leave and get a storage unit somewhere else because I had movers scheduled. Called once again to tell them we needed our money returned and we wouldn't be storing our belongings there. The property person eventually called back and said she would refund our money. No apology, no remorse, didn't care about my business.
1st time renting a storage unit, reserved 2 weeks in advance online. When we saw the unit the first thing we saw was a leak. I took some photos and went to the office. Doug was very nice, and friendly and offered us another unit right away. The transfer happened in a matter of minutes and the new option was the best. Fantastic, this is what we expect in such a situation. Definitely recommend this Public Storage location.
