Linda helped me figure out my mess of a storage unit situation and got me into a larger unit that fits my needs at a reasonable price that I’m happy with. A asset to Public Storage, whatever the pay is, Linda deserves more!
The units are fine, local service is OK, but Public Storage uses absolutely predatory pricing practices. They raised my monthly rate over 350% in my time there, including a $50 rate increase at the beginning of 2024, followed by a $100 increase in June 2024. I can't express strongly enough how you should not enter a contract with or give these people your money. Empty unit photo posted from yesterday to celebrate no longer giving them my money.
My overall experiences at this location were excellent. Easy to get to and find my way around. Highly recommended 🤙
Spencer is a great Public Storage employee. Always helpful and does a great job keeping up with the maintenance items. Pulled up to the site today and he was out pulling some weeds which had grown in a small section. Spencer lives the old saying, "Take care of the little things and you'll look after the big things"! He takes care of it all!

The unit was broken into days after we moved our items in. This is not a coincidence. There is no access after 9pm and cameras everywhere, clearly an inside job. What was most disturbing was their lack of concern as if this happens all the time. Fortunately, nothing of value was taken. They succeeded in upselling their “more secure” lock. Don’t believe the 5 star reviews! Now a year later the price of the unit has tripled. We’ll be moving our boxes again. Extra Storage is new, clean and secure. Don’t bother with this place.

Not sure why the reviews are good on this one. We were moving 3 hours away and needed to store some things temporarily. We got 3 units and emptied 1 after a month. We canceled it and there were no problems. However the 2nd unit they have been charging us 2 months with nothing in it. We tried going up there 3 times and no one was in the office. We called, they said make an appointment, but no one picked up when we called the place. So now we had to call corporate and they told us "make an appointment. "
Not sure why this time is so freaking different from the first time but they've taken 500$ of our money.

I went in and had a few questions and Analea was so helpful showing me the spaces and gave me all the information I needed to get started. I didn’t end up renting at her property but I did rent at one closer to my home. I highly recommend this place.
My unit was burgled sometime in the last month at this property. A Public Storage lock was put on my unit AFTER my unit was obviously broken into and I wasn’t immediately notified. Which means there was either extreme negligence that prevented them from notifying me or someone that worked this property was in on it. Take your pick, one is as bad as the other. The amount of time that passed between when it happened and when I was notified allowed the trail to go cold and drastically reduce the chance of anything being recovered. Both deputies I spoke to at Edmonds PD said burglaries at this property are more frequent than others. If you plan on storing anything of value go somewhere else.

I received outstanding customer service from Tukai when renting a storage unit at the 76th Ave W. location in Edmonds. He thoroughly explained all rental options and pricing structure, and showed me the available units to help me make an informed choice. Tukai is a great example of putting the customer first; I could not have asked for a more professional or helpful person during the rental process.

Honestly best storage facility I have ever used. Sarah and Lori take it super seriously to keep guard on the place and remember who has a unit here. The units are clean and ground floor accessible and fairly priced. I’ve used many storage units but I’d never before had an experience where I actually felt like my stuff was safe and this was a little unit I rented with a guard. Amazing. Go Here!

I just rented 5/10 size storage at this location. The customer service by Sarah was superb, a rare luxury nowadays. It was an absolute pleasure to talk to her and get all the answers to my questions. I checked out the space before I finalized my transaction online which gave me a peace of mind on the moving day. The space was bigger and cleaner than I expected.

Public Storage doesn't honor their promise after you move in:
When I signed up I was promised that my bill would be $55 a month for a year but after just 5 months they started charging $67. I just talked to their CSR and she had nothing she could do.

Rented a space in their sister facility at 23010 Hwy 99. Management for both facilities it's located at 22510 76th Ave W. Storage space is clean, app makes access super easy and management is fantastic. The day I moved in I needed to switch spaces. Lori and Sarah were incredibly helpful and worked with me to get into a new space within minutes!
