My Father In Law maintained a large storage unit here until his recent passing, at the beginning of September. My Husband is the executor of his estate, so it was left to him to take care of these sorts of loose ends while he is actively grieving the loss of the last parent he had left. This business has done everything in their power to avoid closing the unit, even after they were provided the necessary paperwork. Marsha, the only person who seems to 'work' onsite has consistently taken 3-5 days to return follow up phone calls, and after the most recent delayed response, told my Husband that he had been refunded the appropriate amount, as the unit was cleared by 9 last night. It was not refunded. A call to Ray, the apparent PM, was met with hostility, refusal to provide a number for the district manager, and Ray basically told my grieving Husband, that 'this is how it is, and you can deal with it'
Not the best look for any business. I would advise looking elsewhere for your storage needs.

I was beyond happy with the service I received at Public Storage. Staff is super friendly, patient, helpful with explaining everything and made the process of renting a unit easy. I highly recommend this facility, and feel at ease storing my belongings with them. The facility is well-lit, the unit was very clean and spacious,, and I was advised that there is 24-hour security, and also an easy auto payment process for forgetful people like myself!! First year of renting a storage went well no problems. The past 6 months my bill as increased from $140 to $220 monthly. There's been nobody on site to talk to the last 3 times I've tried to visit there location to cancel my storage. Customer service line says I have to remove the lock and talk to a Manger to cancel my account, but like I said there hasn't been any manager on site. I had 1 more trip to clear my unit. They locked me out of the main gate because it was the first of the month and I hadn't made a the next month's service, so to get that last load of stuff I had to pay the full next month's rent of $220.
Do not rent here if you’re willing to pay a lot of money. My family and I rented here for almost a whole year and they raised the rent on us three times. I contacted customer service and they were not helpful at all. Also, not to mention the fact that they don’t offer a military discount, which is crazy to me because we live in a military town. If you are looking for an awesome storage unit facility check out Silverdale self storage. Rent is very reasonable and they offer a military discount for 6 months. They have an amazing front staff as well.
All they do is jack da price up on you. Basically they're robbing you the legal way tho. ☃️🤫🤷🏾
We had a great experience storing a camper trailer here over the winter. The property is secure and Ray was great, helping us to manage the rental from our home outside of the area. I would definitely rent here again.

Mr. Ray and Ms. Marsha are my two highlights whenever I visit Public Storage in Bremerton. These two representatives are always positive, helpful, and make my trip to my unit more enjoyable!
I am trying to rent a storage here…. But when you go there is No one here to help you. You get sent to an automated phone line and there is no one here during business hours.
So, if you’d like my business you need to have someone here like an actual human being. You have one day to respond or it’s going to someone with human being.

Ray was an incredible sales associate he was incredibly pait3nt and helpfull, explained everything in a friendly and wonderful way, and honestly this is a wonderful choice for storage, all units are heated, they offer frequent promotions, they take tour security very seriously, and overall I'd say they have some great options wether your balling on a budget or you just wanna save money.

I rented a 10x20. Everything was ok at first. I got a decent deal on monthly rent, but then it went up 50% randomly after 4 months! The website still showed the promo rate I agreed to when signing up so I called Ray and he said "Thats the cost of doing business, the price has gone up". How can you offer a promo rate and increase while the promo rate is still offered on your website? Classic bait and switch. I'm sure it's in the fine print........Google the business name and you will see this a normal business practice for Public storage.
Secondly, I at least twice i spent money on flights, rental car and a moving truck to move things in and out of my storage unit and came to find that the gate lost connectivity to their internet connection and I couldnt get in...UNACCEPTABLE.
I moved to Gorst where I got a yearly contract and no fine print. You can do better guys.
I had a very pleasant experience here at this particular location. Marsha was so helpful and very kind, I appreciated all of her help!
I waited for a while and rates for the unit I wanted dropped. They require insurance and offer the “orange door” coverage, but be aware standard renters insurance is typically cheaper then $15/month and can offer better coverage.
Ray was extremely helpful with my request for two units near each other.

Great experience all around. Used this place twice now for different reasons, and the ease of using these clean spaces was spectacular. On top of having great facilities, the local owner and his staff were super helpful, going above and beyond in both my check-in and check-out processes. Make sure to get in contact with the owner if cutting it close on check-out time!

Wonderful clean little storage rental lot with a variety of options. We needed to upgrade our unit when we went from spring cleaning to moving into a whole new home, and the process was really smooth and easy.
Ray is always really polite and helpful whenever I've needed to interact with the staff (which is relatively rarely since everything is automated and accessible through their phone app.)

Public storage worker named Ray is probably one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met, and I know storage unit facility by far is probably one of the most outstanding customer service representative. The place was clean, beautiful and even though they didn’t have a unit I wanted he actually contacted in a unit that was the one I wanted at a different place. This is the kind of service that you don’t get in most places nowadays what a wonderful experience thank you Ray and also thank you so much for the other public storage unit workers. Her name is Tracy and that was at the auto center way thank you guys for everything.

My girlfriend and I have storage at this location. We're pretty happy with it. We were surprised with how much cheaper they were compared to most places and the storage space we got. We're happy with the size we got. They keep the place clean. We plan to keep these guys for a while.

Everything about the physical facility was great, but some underhanded techniques when it comes to money. They raised my monthly rate by $20 dollars a month shortly after having already agreed to a price point. I am in the military and didn’t have much flexibility for move out dates. My bill was paid on the 3rd, and I moved out of the unit on the 6th, but they charged me for the full month and would not prorate the payment.
Best facility I have been to! So clean and maintained. Ray is the best and he is so nice and goes above and beyond and is so funny!! Highly recommend it!!
I highly recommend kitsap way/Lakehurst public storage. The facility is clean, large and it is quiet. The best part about this facility is the employees, ESPECIALLY Mr. Ray, he is super friendly and always goes above and beyond! I would pick this location over closer storage facilities any day!!
