Lovely take off me
I had my items at a different storage facility, and was not happy with the level of service. I decided to move with the same company, but to Public Storage Auburn. I spoke with someone named Angel, who with knowledgeable, and attentive, and made the transition from one facility to the other seamless. Not only did I get one return phone call, I got two within an hour! I'm happy to be moving to this new storage unit because I feel that any issues that might arise will be taken care of. Greatest storage management! Angel is hands down the greatest Manager of any self storage across the map, and I've had my share of storage units from several different companies she's the #1 reason my dad brother and I stay here!
Rose was super helpful and very kind. We had a bit of an issue with a different employee trying to be met for an appointment and were hesitant about using this location but Rose has made everything much better and we feel we are in good hands with her. I would recommend transactions with Rose. She is punctual and easygoing and very pleasant.
Even though I didn't rent a unit, Angela was so friendly and helpful. They didn't have what we needed and she helped us look for another location. She was so nice I felt bad and not renting there.

First of all, the manager "ANGEL" is very personable and concerned about her customers. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences dealing with her. recently we discovered that there is a rodent problem and Angel is right on top of the situation. Every time I go to my unit, she is busy cleaning. I am from Florida, and we have problems with roof rats. I kept that under control with 100% pure essential Peppermint oil (NOW brand) on soaked cotton balls in small bowls about six of them in a 10' x 20' unit. It was very effective. Bottom line is the rats can't stand it and will not enter the space. I am in unit B033 and that is what I am using. For three months now I have monitored the unit and have not seen any evidence of rat droppings or anything else that has to do with rodents. Again, I resoak the cotton balls about every two to three weeks and it's working perfectly! My suggestion for the company to see that the managers have access to this essential peppermint oil to use in the hallways and entry points that rodents would use to gain access!!! Thanks again Angel!!

Angel is ABSOLUTELY the best storage manager/helper I have ever encountered. She is easy to speak with, extremely helpful, and definitely CARES about the people who rent storage from her location. My persistence to communicate with corporate was very important. I have received outstanding customer service since 2011 & Public Storage hasn't changed a bit. I had a difficult time with my reservation, as I had paid online using Cash App. Apparently Public Storage does not accept this as a form of payment, however the amount had already been deducted from my bank and was listed as completed. When I went to The R Street Location. Bethany was there to help walk me through the process knowing how detrimental my situation was. She even stayed late assuring that I would receive my unit. 11/30 Just had 20k+ worth of work equipment/tools/backpacking gear/valuables stolen from my unit. Wouldn't suggest this one if you want to keep what your storing 👎and I wasn't the only one to be burglarized. Throw some RATS in the mix and that's my experience with public storage on R street....

Where to start, they don't tell you when you rent a unit that they have rats. Yes you read it right RATS, one or more got into my unit and destroyed my dogs food container (that had no food in it). Because i moved out, insurance won't help (the insurance i paid through them). They raised our rent almost 100.00 because of demand on units, really I feel that's just wrong. Yes I understand when you sign up that if you don't move out before the next month you will be charged, however we moved out on the 2nd and will still have to pay for the full month and they will still rent out the unit for that same month. That's called double dipping, just shows how MONEY HUNGRY this company is. Will NEVER do business with them again, wrong how they run their business.
