Amazing experience from one of my most troubling times this year we had to move last minute unexpectedly and went to this public storage to speak to Jaz she was very helpful and nice and gave us great advice and helped us get a big storage unit we appreciate her help a lot !
The facility was clean, well-maintained, and felt very secure. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the rental process smooth and straightforward. I appreciated the climate-controlled units and the wide range of sizes available. Access hours were convenient, and I never had trouble getting in or out. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for reliable storage in the area!

I had the most wonderful experience with Public Storage. I was greeted and assisted by Jaz who was overly amazing. Not only did she accommodate myself and my family but she was very friendly and respectful. She is the true definition of a blessing. I caution you to not rent from this company. They no longer have staff at this facility and they have several issues. Once you sign the lease beware they will raise your rent significantly. I also recently experienced a roof leak issue, which has ruined some of my stored items. The two units next to mine had the same issue. They are not responding to my phone calls, no service.

The property manager is so disrespectful. Do not rent here. They have no understanding nor sympathy toward other people's time or life. And they are never there. Bad business horrible place to store your stuff. I was trying to explain my situation to this individual and she hung the phone up on me. Wish I could give a negative star.
Jessica Waller's customer service was amazing today! I stopped by to extend my elderly mother's storage unit rental for a few more months. Jessica waited for my arrival even though her lunch hour was to begin 5 minutes after I arrived. Then she worked to get the best deal for my mom. She was able to apply a "fall deal" to her rental agreement and saved my mom $$ on her monthly rent. With my widowed mom being on a fixed income, this savings is huge! Add kindness, patience and a GREAT personality, and you've got a winner in this young lady.

Public Storage Yorktown, the best customer service around provided by Jaz, what can I say! From move in, to move out, to me being in a panic about what to do. Jaz helped me navigate this process seamlessly, she walked me through my options, helped me with what I would need to pack my house, gave me pricing options, etc. Extremely knowledgable, seriously friendly, and kept me laughing through my stressful situation. I cannot recommend this place or Jaz enough, 100000/10 stars, if you’re looking for storage, this is the spot to go.

Great location. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Public storage has online or e-rental to reserve a space.
You can reserve it online and Public Storage emails the unit number and gate codes. When you arrive the lock and key are inside your storage unit. The gate works from 6 am to 9pm. The Office closes earlier before 9pm so if you need to talk with them in person call ahead.

Outstanding customer service! My friend and I were trying to determine how to secure her love seat and recliner in her open truck bed. Mykal went above and beyond to help tie down her furniture, 2x8's, and dolly. Great experience and we're truly grateful.
