Top of the morning Review.Let me start out by saying Mr.Vic (you should ask for him )😉. I am in the process of selling a 4 bedroom house 🏡( How come NOBODY WARNED ME STUFF YOU ACCUMULATE). I searched around for several locations so I could make the best decision for my needs .After making my decision to go with public storage my next step was to figure out exactly which location (the struggle was real ) During the search 14924 Richmond Hwy Woodbridge VA continuously showed up with top reviews (of course I followed my instincts).I am now at the storage as we speak .I 😱 screamed lol with sooooooo much excitement (I had no idea the space is this huge (bigger than two of my bedrooms put together (I should of paid them mortgage).Now I have motivated you to look into public storage go get your space (tell a friend to tell a friend(let me continue on with my move in ).Mr.Vic I appreciate you so much you are definitely the highlight of my fiancé and I morning experience.Thanks from the Taylors.

I have to edit this review, although 4 years ago I received a great move in-since then my rent has more than doubled!! !!!!!!!!RATE HAS DOUBLED PLUS! My rent began at 100$. After a year it went to a reasonable increase of 135$. IT IS NOW 238$$!!!!!! The WORST IS-I CAN PAY 100$ IF I SIMPLY MOVE MY BELONGINGS TO ANOTHER UNIT AT PUBLIC STORAGE. THE EXPENSE OF MOVING TO ANOTHER STORAGE IS HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS, AS I AM A SINGLE WOMAN AND MUST HIRE. THEY TELL ME TO CALL CORPORATE TOGET IT LOWERED-YOU CAN CALL-BUT YOU WILL NOT SPEAK TO A HUMAN. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS IS ALLOWED. MORE THAN DOUBLE. WE SHOULD ALL CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREA! I am going to AS SOON AS I HAVE ANOTHER 2 HOURS TO WASTE TRYING TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE OR RECEIVE A RETURN CALL. BAD BUSINESS PS😠😤😡 They tell you to had a surprisingly really great experience that hate to admit I did not expect. My whole move has been riddled with problems & stressful too. I first stopped into Public Storage on Jefferson Davis Highway two weeks ago. I had planned to move boxes of overflow that weekend. I started the process and found I had no drivers license with me. I was helped by Lindsey. She was so gracious. Took me to see the units and then held one on the ground floor! I didn’t get back that weekend, in fact it was two weeks later. I would receive a curtest call about once a week from Lindsey just to quickly ask me if I want to hold the unit. I was so amazed. When I finally got it together & hired another fabulous small business to move my boxes, (Rt 1Movers) again Lindsey made it painless. I ran up before the first load was moved-to sign the paperwork. Lindsey went thru it all & had held a great first floor inside unit. She also offered to take the movers thru the storage and make sure it goes well & hold the key for me when they were done so I wouldn’t have to be there at all to unload. She suggested I go home & have a nap. Which I did. This excellent service has totally changed my attitude and again let me enjoy my new home. I would recommend for all to use this company, especially this location. Lindsey is who to ask for, although I am sure they will give you excellent service. Facilities are pretty old and dirty doors get stuck on coded locks, and they raise the rates every six months.

I just came to rent a unit the manager on site SYED was really helpful and professional

I'm not very happy, they have a lot of mice. I don't recommend it for people who want to store beds or furniture because they will be destroyed. Even if I put repellent, it didn't work.
