If you're looking for a storage unit in the area, this one is definitely a top choice. I've been using them for years, started on one floor in a smaller unit to expanding to a larger unit and I've always been accommodated and taken care of. Clean, convenient, indoors and feels safe. Mr. Shah is a pleasure and is doing a great job with this location!

I’ve been at this PS for almost 5 years now and I’ve always had a great experience. Today I needed to transfer to a larger unit with the excellent customer service from Imdad I was able to do that. The 10x10 closes to my unit now was the one ideally I wanted due to easy transfer of things however when we opened it up it had a huge chunk of the wall utilizing its space .I asked to speak to the manager and Imdad was extremely kind to go speak to him Himself and then allowing me opportunity to as-well. District manager Dilraj who speaks very well and kind, did his due diligence in going up to the unit to explain sizing and pricing so I can get a better understanding. Kelly and Imdad were able to get me transferred over in the matter of seconds. Kelly was kind, and quick. Overall Dilraj, Imdad, and Kelly were all a huge asset in my quick, informative, smooth transfer today. I highly recommend this location!

Shah was amazing while helping me with my check in process. He was patient enough to help me tour the property, patient enough to assist with discounts, and knowledgeable to explain for to navigate the app. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and would 100% recommend!
I find it so weird that this place opens at 6am but yet they have the bathrooms locked and no employees in sight. Don’t open early in the morning if you can’t afford a body to watch over the place and help people when they need help. I am deaf so calling the customer service line does absolutely nothing for me. Will be looking for a new place for my belongings.
I would also like to add that I went back to my unit and found out they don’t accept cash as a payment. This is absolutely ridiculous. You shouldn’t expect everyone to carry money on their card. I am so disappointed.

Make sure you do not get TRICKED!!! AFTER THREE MONTHS THEY RAISE RATES BETWEEN 15-18.00 then tell you that was the promotional rate after you ask them the first time they raise the rate. 51.00 to 72.00 same space. Online 25.00 NEW customers only. LMAO

If I could rate it 0 I would. I came to let the property manager know I will vacate the unit and he saying I will not be able to unless the balance is paid when yesterday he told me to come in person and give him the keys to the unit. He shouldn’t have wasted my time and gas to come here for no reason. I haven’t had anything in the storage since I bought it because the elevator wasn’t working for the first 30 days in June. I need to cancel the account why would he wait another month so that It can be sent to collections.

Sad to see that they do nothing in this place bathrooms are a mess . Elevators broken have the time and they hold your property even tried to charge my daughter because they couldn't get the property maintenance crazy. 😒 not impressed at all.

I've been with this facility since they first opened. Not a bad place. Manager is very helpful. BUT, the rent keeps raising! And, for a disable person on a set income, paying over $300 a month, it's waaaaay too much! Unfortunately, I'll have to start looking for another storage facility with a more affordable rate.

Edit: This location offers a discount if you write a friendly review. They also increase the cost of the storage unit even if it’s against the originally agreed upon price. They say “the price increase is symmetrical to the other storage unit location in the area.” If I wanted to pay the same as the other locations in the area, I would have chosen one of those other places. I have taken my things from this location about 9 months ago but wanted to update my review.
