Good customer service imdad
Worst people to do business with. They doubled the rent in less than one year, despite the fact that they insisted they won’t increase their prices if I stay long term. Even if they did, they would do it after or close to a year down the road. And the increase would be no more than 15-20%. Well, they increased the rent from $199 to $375 within a year. Good luck calling them and speaking with a person. Left a few voicemails, when my code wasn’t working. No one called back.

It’s ashamed how humans can react in situations that’s life changing to the next. Theirs people that should not be managers or supervisors. Just NOTE that there’s a universal law that’s call give and receive- upper management is horrible and inhumane local Maryland not Texas. Treat others as you will yourself- remember there is a GOD (He or she) A FORCE TO BE RECKON WITH- don’t take other people’s life memories and belongings for grated- because you too or someone in your family

I am currently moving out of Virginia. Needing to open a storage unit for the time being. I went in the Public storage to talk about the options of what I needed and what they had available.
