Before I get into the details I just want to point out that the on site staff gets five stars. They are amazing, always present and very helpful. The actual floor space is always spotless due to their effort.
That is the only positive thing I have to say. Most of the negative feedback is due to the industry standard of continually raising rent prices to the point where you have to decide if it’s worth it to move all your stuff out or deal with the rising prices yet again. It’s a predatory business tactic and industry standard or not it is shameful to treat people that way.
Ok so you charged me well over double rent when I left then when I initially became a customer, have any facilities improved? No. There is no bathroom access outside of normal business hours so if you come at night or on the weekend you have to leave the gated area and go to WaWa to take a leak and get some water. Also there is a big issue with carts. Most carts are ragged and beyond repair. I have yet seen one mattress cart that won’t topple over if you have larger than a full size mattress. On top of that there isn’t enough carts when it’s busy and often you will have to wait for a cart to be returned before you get started. Honestly these two problems are fine and dandy with me before you jacked up the rent to kingdom come.
Lastly all my items in the rear of the unit were covered in mouse droppings. I didn’t have any food items stored in there and all clothes were washed before storage so this wasn’t on my end. I understand most storage units deal with pests but again, you jack up my rent for no reason you must do a better job. See attached photos. There was actually a lot more mouse poop. I started to clean it off before I realized I should take some photos. Gross.
I don’t recommend this place, look elsewhere.
You know, I had a really awesome experience at Public Storage the other day. The property manager, Kaylea, was so chill and super helpful. I wasn’t sure what size storage unit I needed, but she walked me through everything and helped me figure it out without any hassle. The place was really clean and secure, so I felt good about leaving my stuff there.

Any of the 5 star reviews were likely left when this place was EZ Storage (they were amazing). Since Public Storage took over management the place is awful.
Office is rarely open, gate has been left open for weeks, mice/rat droppings in the units with no one to contact, trash in the bay area, dirt in the elevators and up the walls, broken hand carts, and more.
I even tried emailing the manager and never got a reply.
Just to make things even worse, Public Storage has increased our rates every 6 months since they took over.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
I have a unit here and few weeks ago I saw some drops in to my unit ! Today I came and I find a lot of drops in my unit plus a cardboard has been eaten by the mice

🐀 RAT AND MICE INFESTATION!!!
I came to close out my storage with my newborn baby. I had 2 suitcases and a box of diapers. Open the door and RAT DROPPINGS everywhere.
I made a report to the office and told them I'll be back in 30 minutes.
When I came back, there were dead mice in the hallway and movement of mice in the storage units. I asked if he bombed the place and the superintendent lied.
He bombed the facility while my newborn was present. He also stared not to touch the belongings and they would clear up the room and box my belongings.
Well it's been over a month and I haven't heard from them.
They are still charging my account.
I had to take my newborn to the Doctor's to see if he was affected from the poison.
This is unprofessional and inhumane of them to do this.
They could have poisoned my newborn son.
Lies, deception, and unprofessionalism.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!!!

That storage was ok. Its weird how they don’t have any trash bin to throw some trash or dump the boxes. Also they increase your rate annually. From 130 to 170. I decided end subscription and moved

Perla was outstanding. She was friendly and fixed the issues I had with the corporate office. Lesson learned, just call Perla! *** UPDATED 7/2023 *** changed from 5 to 1 star. They have increased prices from $150 for a 10x15 unit to $251 per unit in less than a year. Greedy people as nothing has changed or been updated.
My stuff was ruined by a leak in the ceiling above my unit and they could care less! It destroyed priceless, sentimental heirlooms passed down from my late father. I informed the front desk person who could only give me the property manager's number. I filed a claim with the insurance who told me there is nothing they can do and when I tried to contact the property manager again, they tried to smoke me out and avoid my constant calls and e-mails. The staff is very unprofessional, and this storage facility is trash. I have to resort to legal action just to get a response from anyone. Do yourself a favor and pay to store your stuff with a company who cares... They don't! Honestly this place should be shut down!
Renter Beware renting at this facility. I have been a long time storage renter. I never had any problems until I moved here. I was told they don’t have an exterminator until they have enough mice problems. This is what I found when I went to my unit today..

Edit: This property has changed hands since I first reviewed it, and while the original owners were great, it has now been bought out by Public Storage. Upon transfer, Public Storage immediately raised the rates and have now again decided to raise rates approximately 40% with only a 30 day notice. While it's a nice and clean property, I am lowering my rating based on the outrageous price increases with such short notice. If you're okay with not knowing how much you'll owe next month, then this is a fine property. As for me, I'll be looking for another place.
Gerry and Deborah are fantastic to work with. Extremely friendly and explain everything you need to know. The building is very clean and secure and we are excited to be storing our stuff here instead of in our basement!

Perla as always is wonderful. However she seems to me as someone that needs additional help to improve the overall customer service experience. I have seen long line where people leave due to the wait time. Seems you are losing potential customers and current customers due to under staffing.
