Why did they mount the keypad for the gate so you have get out to use it? Weird lock came with the storage unit. You remove the core when you unlock it. Not much room to get by other cars when the drivers don't know how to park.

This place exceeded my expectations. Customer service and online capabilities were great. Good security, no problems. The place was clean and maintained. I had my stuff in a 5x15 unit for 6 months. Everything stayed dried and secure with zero issues and the pricing is very reasonable. I will use this location again if needed.
I had a good experience today. Faith help me out
My experience in March 2022 is that NO ONE is usually in the office. Consequently, there’s NO ONE to answer the phone or your questions. Furthermore, the response time to my messages-3 were null and void. I had to escalate my issues to upper management.
My move in date DID NOT reflect the day in which I did the application on line. So I was charged for the day before the actual utilization of their services. Thus far I am NOT impressed with them whatsoever!! I’m always going to be bothered by the fact that I feel that they CHEATED ME!! A company that is not willing to EAT $13 that they Know I didn’t use, is a company that has NO INTEGRITY and one which personally I will NEVER use again, nor will I recommend them to anyone!! In the end- I hope that they are satisfied with over charging me, but they ultimately loose!!!
