Horrible rat infestation, store manager is never in the office
Nalease was very helpful during our process of getting a storage unit
First of all, they’re website say all units are climate controlled on website yet they didn’t specify exclusions based on locations. I found out my unit was outdoors on day of move. Secondly, a lot of my stuff, valuables and antiques got damaged due to water damage. There were pools of water everywhere. The unit was raised a couple inches but the unit still had a leak. Third and most importantly their insurance company “Orange door” is the worst. I have had the worst experience compensated for my losses. There has been zero communication. I have emailed, called, used their bare bones portal, and left multiple voicemails. I have no idea what is going on with my losses. They should be out of business. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I fault Public Storage for having the worst insurance company with the poorest business practices I have ever experienced. If I could give zero stars I would. Please don’t make the same mistake I made by choosing Public Storage. Go anywhere else.

I’ve been here 7 YEARS, and since HARRIET left, I’ve been going UP CONSTANTLY (every 6 MONTHS) and now having to PAY 200.00, which is RENT for ME!!! I can’t BELIEVE some of these REVIEWS on here and I’m not sure WHO or WHAT company they dealt with but with a customer whose been with you guys since 2017, the LEAST you could do is keep me at a “steady rate” that’s NO WHERE near 200.00 for a 10 x 6 unit that hardly has much in it!!! I know we’re PAYING for that “fix up” they’ve done since it’s NEVER been done since I’ve been there, but these PRICE INCREASES are HORRIBLE!!! Have to be GONE before next month, NO WAY I CAN KEEP PAYING THESE AMOUNTS!!!

If your okay with mice in your unit then rent here otherwise idc how desperate don’t rent here I can in one day and mice pop was everywhere between washing what I could with hot water which was over 100 at the laundromat when I brought it to the manager attention her rude self said “file a claim” like that’s trifling and unsanitary I have 5 people worth of clothes and items in there a shame I would not recommend like some stuff I had to throw out money can’t replace

Easily the absolute worst storage facility in town. Unless you like your belongings coverd in rodent feces and finding dead animal in your unit STAY FAR AWAY. not to mention theybrais the rent more than any other facility in town. My unit that started at $60 is not $115 and is a rodent nest. They also changed their settings, so you can't attach pictures to the review And if you notice the positive reviews are onlyabout the staff. Yes the staff is nice that's the only positive to this place. Just moved to blue and Grey got a bigger unit for less than I was paying here and facility is 100x nicer and there are staff ther 10hrs a day

It's CRAZY how hard it is to simply contact someone here... Called the number multiple times, no answer. Left a voice mail, no response. Called customer service, got hung up on with no answer. Now sitting outside a facility with no idea if someone's here, no signs or anything on the door to let us know. If I sat around with a group mastermind to try and come up with an idea to make this process more dumb and complicated, I don't think I'd be able to beat their method... Beyond painful. Crazy how all the other companies make this so easy, but Public Storage makes it so painful!

I highly recommend you NOT get a unit here. I purchased my unit in June 2022 at $195 a month. In December 2022 my rate was increased to $256. I was upset but didn't want to deal with the hassle of moving, so I stayed. Today (July 31,2023) I was informed that my rate would increase AGAIN now bringing me to a total monthly payment of $309. I called to ask them if this is something that is going to continue to happen to me and they said yes. In fact, they said they do a rate review every six months and they compare it to the units in the area and will raise the cost to match. Absolutely and utterly ridiculous. They lost a customer!! And I recommend you don't get a unit with them if you don't want to get a random rate increase after you thought you locked in a price. I'm so upset!

If it wasn't for Danielle, my rating would be much worse. I hope Public Space recognizes it has an exceptional partner with Danielle on staff. Over an hour waiting and no real answers being given, she came in and made my day better with her positive attitude and attention to customer service. She deserves substantial raise for how she juggles multiple responsibilities on different sites but finds time to focus on your customers. Thank you Danielle. I appreciate your help.

My unit was broken into and ransacked and left unsecured for days. I filed a claim with the insurance carrier they didn't give an 1/8 of the value of my loss and it took nearly 5 months to get that.

Don't get the insurance here because they don't pay for anything unless you have receipts for everything my storage unit got broke into and now they are telling because I don't have receipts for anything they will not cover any of it but I was not told this when I purchased the insurance from them this place has no security cameras up and is management is not that friendly either so be aware of dealing with this company
