Great service Kim and Danielle and sam clean property
Sam Orth has gone above and beyond in helping me clear out my basement in preparation for a renovation. He has taken some of the stress out of this endeavor thank you Sam and public storage. He also came up with a plan to bring home 10 to 15 boxes a week and decide whether to donate trash or keep so that the storage units don’t become long-term out of sight out of mind places.

This is NOT a safe place to store a vehicle. I stored a very modest cargo hauler here and it was broken into. Not only the hasp was destroyed, the door itself was damaged and now is very hard to close (after I replaced the hasp).

Was in a bind trying to find between no way and maybe, grabbing at straws. Sam was patient with me, providing AAA service. After it was all said and done, I was given a lower rental from an increase of 121.00 to 81.00 for extension till May 2024. Him doing this, we were able to try to find an alternative later about what we wanted to do. Thank you Sam! You were a breath of fresh air in a world of hate right now. THANK YOU SAM!!!!
We had a great experience storing our items at this location. We stored our items for almost a year. There were a few times when we were late on our payments and Sam worked with us. He was very understanding and helpful. His customer service was outstanding! I would definitely go back to this specific location if I need a public storage unit again as long as Sam is still there.

Update 12/2/23. You cannot have more than ONE user on app to open gate. I had to physically punch in gate code (which is a total hassle as you have to lift the flip over the # panel and punch in the code. You can't read the screen because the tape holding the flap is over the screen) The women at the desk couldn't tell me why I couldn't access the gate thru the app.

I personally have not used storage here in over a decade, however, when I did mgt was fantastic, and it still stays true, the mgt provided assistance so I was able to pack my car with items and able to safely drive. We are sad to see our community center go and no longer use for the storage, but I prayed over the unit, mgt, office and location. God will continue to use it to bless people.

I have been renting a unit from this Public Storage for a few years now, and I can confidently conclude it is the particular attendant that works at the local property that make all the difference in your experience. In my cause I have seen staff that range from horrible to amazing.
★★★★5 Star goes out to Sam, an excellent attendant adept in professional customer service. He not only communicates well and is responsive, but also has a unique, welcoming, affirming personal energy that makes you feel listened to, respected and cared for. In my years as a client/customer here, Sam is the first and the only person who ever bothered to learn my name, remember it, and use it to address me. What a class act! The other female attendant I encountered there always acted like she does not [or even worse actually does not] remember the customer while also never followed through on client inquiries: forgetting both tue client and their requests. Rather than taking personal responsibility for failing to follow through, she would badmouth the company, saying things like "Even if I had passed on your request, they're not going to bother to fix it anyway". I was in the process of terminating/ending doing business with this facility until suddenly a young man named Sam was newly hired and eliminated my incentives to leave.When Sam came to the scene, requests started getting responded to and completed. Sam would also follow up with you to update you. He is so resourceful on several fronts. Ever since he came to this property, the compound has been super clean. I do not see trash or debris like I did in the past. At the end of the day, the lesson is that it is ALL ABOUT people--the people that work at a business--they make the big difference in how you experience the quality of the organization.

Do not rent from these guys. We were late with one payment and they cut out lock and was about to put it up for action. It was only one payment behind and not even week went by before they were gonna steal our stuff.
