Paid $85 over the phone first month, then it’ll be $35 every month after. Agreed to that but never saw the unit. Saw the unit last night, it’s nasty, the unit IS NOT CLIMATE CONTROLLED. It was one roll of insulation on ceiling, mind as well be pulled down since it’s sagging bad. There is a light in unit but no way to turn it on. No switch, or no pull string, there gaps under doors when closed. My belongings did not seem like they would be safe here. FALSE ADVERTISING FOR CLIMATE CONTROLLED AND IS NOTTTTT!!! Left unit, when to kiosk to complain since i was just there getting gate code, and the lady who answered the live call, said nothing she can do but give me a pro rate refund price for the second month. ?????? Like what i never even paid for a second month??? I need a refund for the first month, on a unit I NEVER EVER USED. First time here, and last time here too. DO NOT COME HERE, save the hassle and headache!!

This place is amazing!!! I have used public storage in the past and I have nothing but great things to say about this place!!!!

You can rent the storage unit and don't even use it and they will take your money

Not only did she take ger time to call around the stores that she works in to find me the storage size i needed , but alao she found me the best specials. She invited me to come look at the storage ahead of time to gauge how i would place the furniture. She called to check on me after i moved into the storage! Things were very simple

I went on the property not too long ago to replace my lock and the staff was very helpful, I spoke with someone from another location and they helped me make an appointment to get my lock replaced. The process took less than 10 minutes and the man who removed the lock was helpful. All around 5 stars for the whole company.

The ladies in the office are so welcoming and helpful!!! Suck a pleasure to deal with !

This public storage unit facility. I would rate at 5⭐s They have been very kind and courteous to me and their property has been kept clean and Free of trouble. The managers are quick to take care of any issues that you may have. My items were kept dry clean and safe.

Just rented a spce here and so far everything has been easy, the management has been exceptional with reaching out and making sure everything I need is taken care of. The ease of the app is great as well.

If I could leave no stars I definitely would do such. After being unable to go to my unit for awhile but ensuring my bill was paid ect , I was unaware of the rodent infestation at this location. I arrived with the intention of moving my belongings and storing some other things to find majority of my items covered in rat droppings, containers chewed through , books urinated on ect . I also had a fairly new washer and dryer that were also ruined and to our surprised we go to look at it and something runs out of the back of the machine . I contact consumer service and her empathy and solution was finding another unit , only person that was helpful was another manager who came and verified my claim later that evening . It took over a week for customer service to get back with my and I get a email about a 25 dollar credit as if that resolves the issue . Also they are refusing to vacate my unit because when I had the ability to move the washer and dryer I did not because who wants to travel with potentially live rodents in there truck so I keep receiving almost harassing calls from different managers and the insurance is pretty much a joke aswell. If you have options choose a company that values your belongings and memories instead of places blame as it I called the rats to my unit to move in smh !!! Beware Public storage just does not care !

Patty, the manager at the Jefferson Ave location, had been extremely helpful and patient while I set up my storage rental. Most companies utilize the websites to process transactions and, me being a little older and not very computer savvy, alway need assistance. She stayed on the phone for over 20 minutes with me while navigating me through the website, all while assisting other customers who were in the store with her. Can't thank her enough!

Jaz at Public Storage has gone above and beyond. I had an issue with my unit and she was not only empathetic, she gave me the information to file a claim and gave me a new unit within minutes. Jaz took the time to personally check the other unit, verifying it would meet my needs and expectations. She even noted that I had not violated any Public Storage rules, ensuring a smooth transition with the insurance company. She’s truly a five star employee!

Their units are a bit pricey but well worth the conveniences and perks they offer. Recommended!

Bad business... I've been there over a year and have had my unit locked 3 times... rent went up $100, and the overseer of the storage is racist I'm sure of it... needless to say... this is my last month and I've found a storage that's more to my liking and it's $140 cheaper... thanks for being unethical manager lady and for giving me a reason to look around... and I meant to do 1 star but I can't change it

Courteous customer service representatives. They made the process easy and quick to setup. A follow up call a few days later to make sure you understood and are comfortable with the way things work. I really appreciated the follow up for clarity.

Had a storage unit at the Warwick location because it’s a self-serve location. I really couldn’t get what I needed to get done because it’s a kiosk and I was afraid that it would you know not be able to help me so I was given the option of going to the Jefferson Avenue location where Patty works and she stayed late and I got off work and I got the around six and she stayed and you know she said she couldn’t help me from there. She volunteered to go to the Warwick location to see the different sizes of the unit and meet me over there She got me a larger unit then we went back to Jefferson Avenue. we did all the paperwork over and when I tell you, she went above and beyond she did and I appreciate it so much and I mean I know Public storage thinks that the self-serve kiosk is a great idea but nothing beats. Horrendous customer service and management.

DO NOT RENT HERE. Take your business elsewhere. They have rodents and roaches. If you visit the property you will see rodent traps everywhere. I’ve also seen stray cats. If you come here which I highly do not recommend, talk to current customers, and ask about the rats. The unit I was assigned had a leaky ceiling and over time had a very bad odor. I had to throw away the majority of my items that were stored in this unit. I’m attaching photos to this review so you can see the substandard quality of this facility. I wouldn’t store my dogs stuff here. Customer service is nonexistent unless you want to “lease another unit”. If you’re an existing customer you will spend a lot of time holding for a representative. I suggest selecting the “looking to lease” option when reaching out by phone to get faster service. A lot of the good reviews connected to this business appear to be very fabricated. Bad product coupled with horrendous customer service. I’d suggest other companies in the area like Extra Space Storage, Life Storage, or Cube Smart. Once you sign an agreement here you are forgotten. Management please save the response and use that time and energy to be better.

Use to be a decent place to get a unit. I notified management months ago that I no longer needed the items in my unit and that they could proceed to auction the furniture. Fast forward to two months later I get a call saying I owe two months' rent. It's overpriced and they will do whatever they can do get money out of you. The place is also overrun with various insects as well. Will no longer be using them.

Started using this storage yesterday and so far everything has been great. I reserved online and did not need to go to the office to get in since the code was sent to me as a text.

There are rats everywhere in there storage units running up and down the walls .Every one that we met has complained about rats in there units. The heath department will definately will be informed about this infestation.

Verzet was very helpful today. She took time out to explain and show me the storage spaces, where in others at other storages were trying to get over on me. $146 for the most disgusting unit I have EVER rented; it was a quick fix for a temporary solution but I cannot wait to empty my other one closer to home and get out of this one. My 11 year old says it stinks, and I agree. I’ve had at least 5 storage units in my lifetime and this is the worst. We began renting this weekend and visibly unkept, damaged, with mold. Update as of 6/22 since the owner responded, STILL ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Smells like urine, and still having that gross insulation sprinkled all over our belongings. This place should be ashamed of themselves for charging people without repairing HEALTH AND SAFETY issues, should be reported to the board of health 🤢
