Veronica was very helpful with my rental. Very satisfied with service at this location.
Veronica was extremely helpful in coordinating after hours acces for an urgent need. My Astronomy Club (NOVAC) rents a shed at this facility and we had a major public event that ended close to midnight. Veronica was able to get us round the clock access within a few minutes of me requesting her!
Brandy was great. Accommodated me the same day with the outside unit I needed. Suggested materials needed to keep my belongings safe from the elements. I recommend this facility highly. Five years later, the rates have gone up, tremendously every year and I get nothing but a shed. They send you payment reminders several times a month and threaten with liens. I would not recommend Public Storage. Visited on 10/26/24 and worked with Veronica who assisted me with updating locks and contacted the district manager Vanessa who explained rates and promotional discounts. I was very pleased with this outcome.
Great place to store my excess items that do not fit in my apartment. Veronica has been great to work with since we moved our items here and I will continue to store cause of the easy access to my unit. I like the app too!

Had a unit here for 5+years now price increases every 3 to 6 months. Maintenance finally filled potholes and low spots with asphalt. Staff assigned here seem to be working on things, wish them well.
