Victoria finished my rental really quick. Best experience
This place is a waste of money! Haven’t even had this small unit for a year and they raised my rate. I’m paying double now!!! They only sent an email that I am just now finding out because the lady helping me told me to check my email… Why not send a text out?? Some of us don’t check our emails!!!! Bad Communication! And NO ONE IS EVER IN OFFICE AT THIS LOCATION WHEN I NEED HELP IN PERSON!! Paying my last payment of almost $300 and going somewhere else!!!
11/4/24 - I need someone to call us back ASAP about our unit having rats in it!!! We been calling and leaving messages!!!

One of my favorite managers and locations. I was in a pinch when a vendor failed to deliver a peice of furniture and luckily public storage helped me get in to show the peice to the client; seamlessly and even helped wrap the merchadise with supplies I purchased there.

Had an issue with a rate adjustment that was quickly addressed by a very helpful regional manager. Updated: Not so fast. Regional manager assured me on the phone she would adjust my rate. She never did. I'm back to paying way more than I agreed to on this unit. Find another place to store your stuff.

please dont store anything that u may want to put back into your house here.
mold and mildew. the smell of the mildew will have your chest burning.
u may want to try the indoor storage. check out my new mattress that i pulled out. along with other items had to be dumped. also to mention they remove the insurance policy from my account and the cost goes up every few months or so by alot started with $60 a month ended with $290 a month.
just part ways with your things as it could be ruined or sold at an auction from the random price increases.
also that $20 lock they sell u is trash. will rust inside and not turn over.
