When I visited to inquire about rental storage units for items in my garage, Singh was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was so patient and answered all of my 101 questions! 🙌 He even showed me the stairs leading to an upstairs unit since I was worried about climbing too many stairs. In the end, I ended up renting a different unit from the facility, but I really appreciated Singh's assistance! If you're looking for storage and don’t require climate control, definitely check them out! 📦✨

I wish I could have left a better review for this location. However, Mahfuza which was managing this property when I was in need of assistance was absolutely terrible. She had no idea what she was doing when it came to transferring from one unit to another nearby unit - almost costing me hundreds of dollars. I made sure to contact and discuss the details of my transfer the day prior and when I came the very next morning - which I was informed by Mahfuza to do it was a completely different situation. The associate then tried to lie to protect themselves when my records indicated differently as to what was discussed and when. Also, she sat on her phone instead of taking the situation seriously until I had to bring in another individual to assist with getting to the bottom of having this whole situation resolved. In short, a 30 minute move turned into almost 2 hours because Mahfuza was the only associate on the grounds and had no idea what she was doing. After having this experience it made me not want to keep my items with Public Storage any longer.
Singh did a wonderful job in assisting us in obtaining a larger storage unit and in closing out our smaller unit. Mike

They don’t fallow to auction procedure. Very unprofessional. I got the unit from the auction but my unit was given someone else. The reason is so ridiculous, someone payed $10 more… very rude!!! Just drove 1 hour for nothing. Have to drive 1 hour to go back my home. Called the auction agent and they told me that this location is at fault and didn’t fallow the auction procedure!!

Extremely rude! Mahfuza Refuses to put a work order in for my unit to have its light checked/fixed. I am going on 3 months in my unit and no lights have been installed although we have been requesting maintenance since Day 1. I hope to find the owner’s information online as she refuses to provide any member of management’s contact information and also could not give me a day or timeframe I could expect to see a change. Mahfuza smirked and grinned as if she was very satisfied with her performance when I stated that I would be reporting her behavior. Please put a light in my unit!! That is all I need! Oh and when I arrived, the entrance door was locked and no one but a purse was at the desk. It took Mahfuza quite a while to get the door open as the door evidently had mechanical problems. This is a safety hazard! OSHA should be called if any other customer arrives and feels the employee’s safety is at risk!

Let me tell you about this little gem-of-a-certified grouphome for inanimate objects. It's clean, safe, and, the staff is just marvelous. Kevin was a doll in getting me set up with my sheshed for my obligatory personal items and made the process a breeze. Will be coming back here... And not just cuz my stuff is piled into one of those cells 😉 give them a pizza party!
They will not answer the phone nor are they at the property. The only thing they are good at is taking money and not allowing any human interaction. Be careful doing business with them
Beware...I started at one tate..no more than 4 months later and they increased the rate.When I called all they said is they have the right to change rates. . Any reputable business would at least give you a year.. Not a months notice after you just moved in...
