My previous review was encouraged (coerced) the day I signed my contract and moved in which was reluctantly 5 stars. When I moved into this storage space, the website advertised a resident manager when the office space was managed from 9AM-6PM. Now the office is only represented in the mornings. The restroom is no longer available during business hours. The buildings are dirty including birds living inside air vents, small round holes in sheet rock (appears to be mouse holes), and water damage. The air quality inside the building I rent space is very poor; it seemed damp and musty when I moved in but is getting harder to stand without a mask.
The facility is offering less and less, has never been cleaned since I rented, and there are obvious signs of neglect to the property. Despite this, Public Storage increases monthly rates.
I had to change from a different unit, and Ali was very helpful. I really appreciate him he has so much patience.Thank you, Ali, for your help and kindness
Doing a military move into a smaller house. We needed extra storage space. The manager was really friendly. The price is pretty cheap and has 24/7 access. Call ahead tho!

Khan and other staff at this location are really helpful. My rent recently went up. I talked to the manager Khan and he helped me get my rent back to the original rate it was at. My previous experience was also a great one when I was here as I did an online rental and went there right before the office closed the manager not only showed me my unit but also helped me get the app on my phone.

I was skeptical putting my household goods in storage and even more when I saw where this one was located. People have junk in their containers so I was worried about rodents.
However I was more than pleased. Ali went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. I rented a 10x30 unit to store my 5 bedroom. Well let’s just say that doesent work. I ended up needing two. Not sure where that math comes from.
Bottom line is this place was clean, no bugs no rodents and no mold from the smell of it.
Entire building needs pest control!!! Do not purchase unit until they do so. All my stuff and entire unit now has bed bugs. guessing from connecting units. Now have over 20 bites on my legs and hands from getting stuff out although I’m sure it’s all ruined at this point. Terrible place
