The facility itself is top-notch—immaculately clean and well-maintained. One of the standout features is the ample supply of carts available for transporting your boxes, which made moving my items much more convenient.

This Public Storage is truly the best storage company I have ever done business with. I’m an artist, and I have used many storage companies over the years. This place is really clean, functional and accessible. I actually enjoy coming here because I know I can get in and out really quickly. The manager Jay is really helpful and accommodating. Anyone who has rented storage before knows this can be expensive and frustrating, but this Public Storage offers competitive deals and rates and the service and the facility will not leave you disappointed. Mr. Jay Kim was absolutely wonderful since the first time I came to the facility. He was very patient explaining me with details my choices, prices, rules, etc. He did a tour of the storage, showed me the sizes, and advised me of the advantages and disadvantages according with the locations. The whole storage is very clean, perfect lighting, and very secure.
I have been renting from time to time different storage unites since 2012; I can attest this this is the best.

I had a positive customer service experience with the property manager. Also, the facility is well-maintained and clean.
This is not climate controlled it is very humid and my pillows smell musty. Ruined my irreplaceable clothing that is impregnated with a musty smell. Also the cherry on top was finding wool eating moths and their cocoons on boxes and other belongings! Sure a couple of dead moths might not look like much but they lay eggs and those eggs hatch when it’s warm and they form larvae and then larvae eat natural and even synthetic fibers creating holes in your belongings. Their cocoons are made with the fibers they eat. This is the storage facilities JOB to have a facility that is free of harmful pests and odors. This facility has both. And the insurance they require you to purchase covers nothing but Public Storage so they don’t have to deal with your problems when you have them - their solution is - sorry I can’t help you, contact the insurance company. I tried to file a claim for musty odor and the insurance offered to pay me a laughable maximum of $250 (for damage from mold) for thousands of dollars of damaged clothing after I pay a $100 deductible.
They have never rectified the situation or done anything about it and I have complained multiple times.

Nice clean place. Wish I could live there
As you walk into this facility, you can smell some thing and I couldn’t put my finger on exactly what it was but it doesn’t smell good. Well cut to one year later after storing my things there thousands of dollars worth of clothing smells absolutely putrid musty disgusting and I’m probably going to have to throw them away because once that smell is in there you cannot get it out even my lampshades smell like this disgusting putrid smell. I’m going to look into filing a small claims lawsuit against these people. This place is most definitely not climate controlled because if it was, there would not be a musty smell in this place, and it would not ruin your clothing and fabric items.
I also found a moth cocoon on my luggage!!! I feel SO incredibly angry. $3600 I’ve spent on storage here and storing my belongings here has ruined at least $5000 worth of my things!

They WILL raise your rate every 6 months. I don't know how this place has so many 5 stars with their predatory pricing practices...must be fake reviews.
The facility is clean, hallways are wide, carts are large, parking lot is mediocre sized. HOWEVER, they WILL raise your rates after 6 months (and again after 12 months I presume), regardless of what the market rate is! I was paying $202 for a space when I rented it, and 6 months later the market rent (the rent for a new unit on their website) was $147. They notified me that my rent was going UP to $225/month, so I submitted a request for them to LOWER my rate to the market rate. They denied it. I called the location and corporate and got rigamarole bullssst about how my rate was "fair". So I moved out. End of story.

So far , it’s been a very pleasant public storage experience. In the past when helping family, friends, etc. store stuff at other locations, there’s almost always signs of rodents / bugs, and sometimes full blown infestations, broken climate control, lack luster utilities, and even incredibly rude, disinterested customer service / staff. However, my experience at this location has been the exact opposite! Incredibly clean facility, with working gate, elevators, climate control, no pests!, or leaks. Most importantly, Jay has provided outstanding and above par customer service since the first day I called to inquire about a reservation. He’s extremely patient and communicative and from what I’ve seen, gives each customer the same warm, friendly, and engaged energy. I wasn’t rushed while reading my contract, and Jay politely answered all my questions. He’s the complete anthesis of the typical Public Storage staff who try their hardest to ignore you, or rush you through the process and give faulty information. On the day I arrived, he was pretty swamped, it’d be great if he could get some help! As more time passes, I’ll be sure to update this if anything major changes (pests arrive, or those outrageous rate increases) But for now, this location has exceeded my expectations.

Update: I paid upfront storage at this location for few months my next payment is due in September. I rented it 2 months ago and today I wanted to put some of the boxes in my storage....it denied me gate access!!!! Even though it’s paid upfront until September. I checked in all it’s no way I made mistake putting the wrong gate access. Unbelievable. My app is also not working I can’t open gates from it. I am nit staying with this company. Taking my money I paid until
September and moving elsewhere . My friend who was helping me with this is late to work because of this, no one is picking up For help . Very disappointed !!!
Update: Changing to 3 stars Becasue they resolved the issue and gave me a new code which seems to be working but still it was horrible experience.
Update; I am changing to 5 star because after incident Jay gave me 20 dollars credit to make it right and just because Eid his courtesy I am doing so…
I paid upfront until September and they sent me notification that they increased the price 5x5 locker until from 35 dollars to 67 dollars with insurance. It’s crazy! I will be moving either today if I organize transportation or definitely at most last week of August since rent is paid upfront until September 1st. I won’t be paying nearly 100 percent of an increase price for 5x5 locker!!
Jay is by far the absolute best manager I've ever met. He goes out of his way to help and make sure everything is smooth and taken care of. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a storage unit.
